β β β β β 11 February 2021 after 18:00.Well stocked items.Goods are neatly packed and cashier is hardworking.He neatly arranges products on shelves when there are no customers.He is even polite when a customer was very rude to him.The rude male customer was complaining about a battery like it is the cashier's fault.

β β β β β The service is very bad. Aunty always looks angry. She is very rude. She always talked to me in rudely language. I felt like she is racist to me. Hate when people like these talk nicely with their own race people and racist to other race people.

β β β β β ?SCAM ALERT? The cashier acknowledge green tea 1 carton for $12 as advertised. Then secretly keyed $16.80 based on single can price. Only after checking receipt I noticed the scam. Had to carry the green tea carton back from my car to refund as they do not want to honour the advertised price. Careful! The prices are also jacked up compared to the other Valu$ along Bendemeer Mall. Avoid this outlet! Do not shop here before checking your prices at the other nearby outlet, as I heard they are ran by different bosses.

β β β β β Very small shop for a pretty bustling neighbourhood, so selection is limited. Even the one at Pek Kio (which is almost a ghost town compared to Boon Keng) is twice as big.

β β β β β A dark skinny Malaysian cashier with short ponytail not only appearing very rude like what other viewers have pointed out but also a great gOssiper like an AUNTIE! Instead of spending time upgrading herself than to become a busybody talking bad about customers. Are these people being paid to work here in Sgp or spreading baseless rumours. Have these people actually reflected themselves before talking nonsense. Only the ignorant co-workers will believe & entertain what she have said. Sorry to say, this may be the reason why she will forever be staying at the same position of where she is currently.

β β β β β The place is good to shop for cheaper items. Kudos for the staff for keeping the shelves topped- up all the times. But cashier Aunties everytime look unhappy everytime & always rude. Should trained them to be polite at all times.
