Thanks to Nanee, I was able to get an appointment in time. Although it was a last min request but she ensured that she looked into it personally by calling me at night when I wasn't even expecting as I had thought, I wouldn't be able to get the treatment. Her initiative and proactive attitude really left a great impression on me. Also doctor Aryana and her staff member Jessie were absolutely wonderful. They were very patient while ensuring my treatment is done with all attention to details. Thank you once again for an excellent customer service ?

The dentist at Raffles was actually great. I had been delaying and delaying, but the service quick and relatively painless.

No one answering the front desk. No other way to make appointment. No one is also answering the A&E hotline. Is this hospital still operational? How can we book for dentist appointment?

Dr Xie MengXue is a kind and very patience doctor when she doing scaling and polishing for her client.

Dr Nora Heng is so gentle, patient and thorough, Dr Bertrand Chew is superb in doing a painless extraction. And Naveen is helpful and responsible. Appreciate this wonderful team!

Certainly DO NOT recommend this clinic. They cheat you of consultation fees by not being honest with you upfront from time of booking right to dentist examination My complaints: 1) Reception Assistant failure to book me directly with specialist after I had notified I want to do IV Sedation and also notifying I already have X-ray done recently. instead they make booking with a GP instead and wasting my time on 25/4. 2) Reception Assistant failure to notify me that there are different specialist doctors performing differing treatments namely GP, IV Sedation Specialist doing Fillings & Oral Surgeon doing Extractions and each involving different consultation fees. 3) Reception Assistance and Dr Jeffry Ng failure to inform me that my appointment is only 10 mins as he has another patient at 3 pm. 4) Failure to notify me that consumables would be $10. In my 1st consultation clinic I was told that they would open a new kit of consumable and that would cost me $10. However in Raffles, no package kits were newly opened to examine me other than Dentist showing me a mirror. I was not told the bib would be charged as in my 1st consultation clinic, they informed the charges is only for opening a new package to examine my teeth. 5) The rescheduling of afternoon appointment caused me to miss my polyclinic appointment in the afternoon which I was unable to book another time slot for the day. 6) Overcharging in consultation fees. I had even informed dentist before consultation that I am single mother, unemployed and I am seeking consultation to obtain a quotation to consider the costs involved. I asked for reduction of fees due to very short consultation and 1 min examination of my teeth only which the assistant ask the dentist but this was denied. I feel Raffles Dental specialist has cheated a vulnerable patient of $139!! I will proceed to file my complaint with the National Dental Association and Dental Council. Liew

The best experience I have ever had for my dental check up, thank you Dr Xie Mengxue and her assistant Ain, thumbs up for both of you. Highly recommend, no pain, very gentle. I will see you in 3 months!

I had a very pleasant experience at Raffles Dental for getting my teeth scaling, polishing and filling. I was initially nervous about getting tooth filling due to my teeth sensitivity but Dr. Aryana Rai was very kind, nice and patient in making the whole process as painless as possible. She and her team are highly skilled but most importantly, they care about the patient. I would highly recommend her and thank her and the Raffles Dental team for a smooth experience.
