受付担当者、看護師さん、先生が日本語が通じるので、 まるで日本のクリニックにいるかのように、とてもリラックスして受診できました。 院内処方なので、調剤薬局に出向く手間がなく助かりました。 お薬の説明書も日本語表記です。 待合室には多くの患者さんがいましたが、スタッフの方がテキパキこなしていたためか、思ったより短めの待ち時間でした。
As the receptionist, nurse and teacher can speak Japanese, It was very relaxing and I had a medical examination as if I was in a Japanese clinic. As it was an in-hospital prescription, I was saved without the trouble of visiting a dispensing pharmacy. The manual for medicines is also written in Japanese. There were many patients in the waiting room, but it was a shorter waiting time than I thought, probably because the staff worked hard.

とある受付の女性の態度が最悪でした。 皆さんがそうでは無いと思いますがハズレくじを引いたかな、という感じです。 電話で態度悪いなあと思っていた時点で来院をやめればよかった。 海外に来たばかりで体調をくずし不安な中 『そんなの当たり前でしょ?』のような高圧的な言葉使いやバカにしたような笑いにすごく傷つきました。 この受付の方に当たりたくないのでもう二度といきたくないです。
The attitude of a woman at a receptionist was the worst. I don't think you're so, but it's like you've drawn a lottery. I should have stopped coming to the hospital when I thought I was ill attentive on the phone. I just came abroad and got sick and uneasy "Is that right? I was very hurt by the high-pressure words used and laughter that seemed stupid. I don't want to hit this reception so I don't want to go again.

先生、看護師さんの方々(ローカルのスタッフ方々、日本人スタッフの方々関係なく)いつも親切に気持ちよく対応していただいてます。この病院選んでよかったなと思ってます。が、最後の会計でいつも気分は最悪になります。それは日本人の従業員の方です。もう二度と会計時に対応していただきたくないです。あんな酷い対応を普通に許しているのもどうかと思います。毎回この方が担当の時はその対応っぷりにびっくりします。どうしたら気持ちよく、もしくは普通に会計して貰えるのかなと考えてしまいます。人としてとにかく最低の対応です。残念。
Teachers and nurses (regardless of local staff or Japanese staff) are always kind and comfortable. I am glad I chose this hospital. But the last treasure always makes me feel the worst. It is a Japanese employee. I don't want you to respond again at the time of accounting. I suppose that such a terrible response is normally allowed. Every time when this person is in charge, I am surprised at the response. I wonder how it feels good or can be paid normally. It is the lowest response anyway. Sorry.

毎回嫌な気分になります。受付、会計、感じが悪くて最悪です。治療が終わったら二度と選びません。
I feel uncomfortable every time. The reception, accounting, and feeling are bad and the worst. I will never choose again after the treatment is over.

旅行中の体調不良でお世話になりました。すべて日本語でOKですので、日本にいるような気持ちになります。とても有名で大きな病院です。カード付帯の保険で紹介されての受診でしたので、キャッシュレス受診させて頂きました。受診時は子供が多かったです。地下にはフードコートがあり、日本食もあります。

I was introduced to the insurance with the card, so I went to the cashless medical examination. There were many children at the time of consultation. 婦人科を受診しました。資料を用いての丁寧な説明、診察で安心して受診することができました。 受付の方は淡々としています。事前に自分で確認した内容について言うと、跳ね除けるような態度でドキッとしました。また会計時は別の方が対応され、口頭で何も言わず電卓を差し出してこられただけで、またそれも驚きました。受付の方々は忙しいのか、やる気がないのか、心ここに在らず、と言った感じの方々ばかりで、日本人として残念です。せめて丁寧な対応をしていただきたいものです。 2022.03.17追記 初めてお会いした受付の方でしたが、今まで対応された受付の方とは態度が180度違うくらい、丁寧、迅速、親切な方でした。受付の前には電話で流暢に話していらっしゃったので、ローカルの方かなと思い英語で話しかけましたが、すぐに日本語が返ってきてびっくり。一番嬉しかったのは、その受付の方が診察予約カードに付箋を貼っていてくださったこと。保険会社に問い合わせる際にその付箋の内容が大変役立ちました。プロだなと思わされました。

The service is unprofessional. Doctors as well as admin stuff are top down and offensive; zero care for the patient's conditions. I will never visit this place again. Huge disappointment.
