His passion, support and explanations were outstanding I felt absolutely safe and in good hands
I really appreciate that .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see that there was a very low review on Google so I almost didn’t come here, however I’m pleased I did as my experience was a lot more positive. The place is busy, but not unmanageably so, the staff are quick and efficient and professionally friendly. You have to wait a few minutes to go from test to test, but that’s to be expected, this isn’t a GP so it’s not in and out. I hope you don’t have to visit a heart clinic, but if you do this is a good one, don’t be put off by the other review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Took a heart screening package which I thought was competitively-priced. But cardiologist who was assigned, an elderly Dr Ng, was patronizing, and was more interested to market other tests and even cross-sell other services that the hospital offered. His conclusion, only when pressed, was that he was unable to offer his medical opinion as to whether there was a heart problem unless other tests are done. The echocardiogram and treadmill reports were also not returned, even though I paid for the tests. Avoid this heart centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just brought my daughter to see Dr Ng Wai Lin. . Dr Ng will pop in and check the situation of my dd when she is doing her treadmill stress echo and we also consult him on other matter relating to health. He is a very professional doctor , caring , patient and explaining detail to us. The staff and nurse are also very diligent with their work. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend Dr Ng. The consultation experience with him was very disappointing. The centre is just up-selling and cross-selling its screening capabilities and other specialist clinics. Don't expect them to return to you the echocardiogram and treadmill stress test reports which you have paid money for. The staff give excuses for why the reports can't be returned.
