Do not hire for your condo and do not consider moving into a condo managed by them. extremely aggressive, illogical staff. within 2 weeks of taking over our condo management, they cut several bicycle locks, lost bicycle accessories and broke parts in the moving process. enforced new rules that inconvenience everyone and in general brought a terrible negative vibe to the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They change property agents as other people change their underwear. Since the beginning, they have been full of excuses for anything. They use your property for storage of their tools to use for other properties. Slow to non-existing replies to emails. Don't know how to run a property agency efficiently. Low skilled workers, who which don't do a professional job. And their bosses always protect them, even when they do a poor job. Bosses won't acknowledge their mistakes. Best to stay far far away from them and find a better management agency.
