Raku Inu - #01-521 Raku Inu

A big shout out to the team at Raku Inu! I've got two pups from here - a Pomsky and a GR and they've been very helpful throughout the process. The facility is kept clean and the pups are attended to in a timely fashion . Not to mention that they do not overprice. Highly recommend visiting the shop if you're considering a new pup!

After searching for many shops, we went to Raku Inu. But surely hit to a right place. They are super friendly and staff is very gentle and kind. They explained us and recommended the right dog as per our requirements, as we were looking for a small breed. We got a cavachon from Raku Inu, who is just adorable. They also have a play area in their shop to interact with the dogs. They have given all the basic things needed like cage, grooming kit etc as complimentary. Also after 2 days they do follow up if we have any difficulties with the dog. I Highly recommended them???

Bought a puppy from them. Shop is clean and well maintained and can tell that they're super professional in their job, not a pet shop that is just interested in profits. They have been extremely patient and accomodating in addressing our concerns as we're first time pet owners, going above and beyond answering our queries after we purchased our puppy that even sometimes we feel paiseh for constantly asking them. I would say that their after sales service is second to none and probably the best I have encountered among different establishments, and that alone made us glad that we chose Raku Inu as our pet shop. I say this after visiting 3 other pet shops. We're definitely will be going there for their grooming services too.

If you're looking to send your dog for grooming or to get a new puppy for yourself, Raku Inu should be one of the first shops you drop by you wont regret it! The moment we walked in the shop we felt so comfortable and ended up with a puppy for ourselves. We still go back to this day and still have such good contact with them! They help with whatever service you may need for your pup! We have never felt happier with our puppy choice until we came across Raku Inu....

I wonder if it is just unfortunate coincidence, but I have to admit that I'm starting to question the source of the puppies. At only just 2.5 years old, it's been nonstop series of medical issues. Urinary tract infection, skin eczema, luxating patella and now cataract with uveitis. We love her but it has been draining.

Came across Raku Inu via Instagram! Was captivated by a Cavapoo lookalike puppy on their story. PM them to ask for details, they were quite prompt on replies given that they were closed on that day. Was looking to get a female Cavapoo or Cavachon puppy and were being introduced to their Cavapoochon instead! Had no ideas on this breed as it is still relatively new on the market. Inquired with them on Monday and was being invited to view the puppy on Wed that same week. The place is well kept and staff were friendly, attentive and meticulous in explaining the pros & cons. Of course, it was love at first sight with the puppy and we left the pet shop 2 hours later with our lovely Bella! Yup, we asked to bring the puppy home immediately. Never knew that we could made such a fast decision afterall this is only the third pet shop we inquired with since the intent to get a puppy! Time flew in the blink of an eye and we are already into our first week with Bella. All has been well thus far and NO regret on our decision! Raku Inu is the to go place if you intend to get a pet!

My son have been looking around for the right dog for himself. One that can connect with him and a shop that gives us warmth welcome and don’t mind assisting us on long term basis. We found Raku Inu and met Agnes! She was so helpful and sincere in helping us to get the right dog for our family. Agnes gives us the trust and warmth that other shops don’t hv. Thank you Agnes.

Happened to come across Raku Inu from IG. Ms Agnes was very professional when we dropped by at the shop as she answered our queries confidently. The aftercare services are terrific too, whenever we have further questions about our new dog, she will find time to answer patiently & promptly. As a first time dog owners, we will definitely recommend Raku Inu to our families & friends!
