Truth be told, ramen and food is great, and service is prompt and friendly. But the place is just too cramp and tables are too small. If you’re going to sell $18 bowls of ramen, couldn’t you have bigger tables so that customers don’t feel like their kaarage and Gyozas are going to fall off the table any time. Ramen place for Hobbits…

Very nice ramen. You can customize how you want your bowl of noodles to be cooked, from thickness of noodles, how hard or soft the noodles are cooked, how salty you want your soup to be and if u want more or less oil. Went for normal for all options and thin noodles and really enjoyed my ramen. There was some promotion on the ramen with very good discount but it’s limited to 100 bowls. The complimentary corn and bean sprouts were tasty too. Good that water is served FOC.

Very nice tonkutsu broth ramen and the free corn, bean sprouts! Yet don’t try the gyu don, it’s unbelievably salty, can tell even from the color if you are familiar with cooking with soya bean sauce! The servant was very kind to help us exchange a new bowl, yet still damn salty?.

Headed to HarbourFront on a Friday evening wanting to claim my free meal from another shop but was too late, so decided to give Ramen Hitoyoshi a try. A plate of Omotenashi with Corn Kernels and Bean Sprout is served upon seating. One is provided with a paper checklist to select the dishes one wants to order. Tonkotsu Ramen is a huge favourite of mine, and especially love those served with garlic in it. Seeing the item on the menu, one was immediately happy. Unfortunately, the actual dish's had too much garlic in it as it totally overpowered the soup base and the tonkotsu broth could not be tasted. General Verdict: Acceptable Ramen eatery with quick turnover. Ramen is ok so do not expect any wow factor Opening Hours: Weekdays 11:30am-10pm (Last order 9pm) Weekends 11am-10pm (Last order 9pm) Queue Situation: Packed from 6pm onwards Payment Mode: Cash and all Major Credit Cards Items Ordered: 1) Item: Omotenashi Description: Corn Kernals and Bean Sprouts. Pairs well with the ramen Verdict: Acceptable Price: Free 2) Item: Pork Gyoza - 5 or 10 pieces per serving Description: Minced pork in a light skin and pan fried Verdict: Good, Can Order Price: SG$9.90++ 3) Item: Shishamo Fry Description: Battered deep-fried shishamo that had a slightly thick batter which tasted over fried Verdict: Acceptable, Only order if you want to try Price: SG$6.90++ 4) Item: Garlic Tonkotsu with all toppings Description: Ramen served with Onsen Egg, Bamboo shoots, Chashu and Seaweed. Unfortunately, the garlic was overpowering and totally drowned out any flavor of the Tonkotsu broth, putting down the excellent ramen and Onsen Egg. Verdict: Acceptable, Order only if you want to try Price: SG$16.90++ 5) Item: Unagi Don Description: Grilled freshwater eel in grill sauce served on a rice bowl. The rice and onsen egg was good but the Unagi itself was a tad salty while the flesh was a tad dry Verdict: Acceptable, Order only if you want to try Price: SG$16.90++

One of the tastiest ramen in singpore! Visiting this place won't be a regrettable experience for you. Located in harbourfront centre, this is their first flagship ramen place in SG, i was so excited to try it and luckily there's seat available for my visit. This was my 5th visit and it never disappoint me. The premise was easy to find, it's located just in front of the hitoyoshi sushi and in the middle of the whole floor. The ambience was just right, they have the counter seating, 2 and 4 people seatings. I took the 2 person seating. They put pen, paper and menu book on the table, so from there we can take a look at the menu and tick the paper according to your preferences. The server also ask you whether you want beansprouts and corn as light meal, it used to be self serve but now they give you small portion of it on the plate. I forgotten what i ate (all i rmb was it's spicy) and i ticked smooth noodle texture, normal broth taste.I attached pic on this review so it exactly looked like that. The broth was just nice, not very salty, it's just complement well with the noodle and the chasu, i love the fact they're not stingy with the ajitsuke tamago (onsen egg) and the inside was melting. The spiciness was good, not to the point that it burns your tongue and the chasu was square shape and it's slightly hard compared with the rolled one (can order separately). Scoring time; Food 4/5 Taste 4/5 Price 3/5 Service 4/5 Ambience 4/5 Location 3/5 Overall score of 3.6 out of 5 stars, the only issue was the price and location. Would i come back? YES! Absolutely, i've been here like for so many times! I recommend the first stall instead of other branch, it's not as fresh as this one! Would i recommend this place? YES! Speaking of which, the aunty who works as server there was still working since 5 years ago since i visited them.

Little hidden gem at HarbourFront Center Walked past many times and it's usually crowded during meal times finally got to try it today and must say its really good. I had the garlic tonkutsu ramen with all topping which was a visual surprise when served. The egg was done to perfection. The broth was flavorful. Char shu was thick and melts in mouth. There is little tubs of corns on the table for adding to the ramen which is unusual but it made the broth more flavorful. Now i wish more places offer this.

Great ramen place tucked in HarbourFront Center. It’s not a big place, so if you have lots of people please find another outlet to try. This shop is unique in SG by serving spiced bean sprouts and corn to complement your ramen. Previously it was all free flow from a container but now they serve individual servings due to COVID. There’s only around 3 choices of broth but all are very nice. The spicy one is really spicy imho, so not a good choice for those who can’t take spicy. You can customise your ramen - noodle texture, oil, broth taste etc. too! I’ve enjoyed the various noodle options so far and I’m glad to share it really doesn’t disappoint. Service is good and efficient too. Will be back again if I’m around there.

Lovely Ramen place. Good service , staff were friendly and candidly recommended normal soup base instead of strong which might be too salty for local taste. Broth was excellent ! Much better than most Ramen shops around. Rich, umami and flavorful. Servings were generous and more than sufficient for a hearty meal. The complementary beansprouts and corn were great too ! Had spicy Ramen , nice kick . Garlic oil Ramen - prefer this over the normal broth and it covers the porky flavor of the normal broth for people who are sensitive .
