fraud company they will charge more money for attractions and when you paid all amount they don't give as per given itanary at the end time they will give you excuses that they forgot to book tickets.

Fraud company. We booked out tickets for KL 3 trips no one ever came to pick us from the hotel, not even called us. They only took our money. Don’t even think of booking through them

Very Poor Experience I booked the combo package of Singapore City Tour + 1/2 Day Sentosa Island for an approx. price of US$90 per head for a party of 7 people. We felt cheated. Absolutely. In the description of the City Tour, the Singapore Flyer was NOT listed. Yet you made a stop there for an hour. Then, the Singapore Flyer ride was not included by you in our ticket, and also you did give an option when booking this package tour for me to choose and add it. This made our group of 7 people wait / waste a complete hour while rest of the people in the bus went up to the Flyer for the ride. Same experience again at the Merlion Jetty where we were left stranded for another full hour as rest of the people in the tour bus went on a cruise ride. You did not have right information in your package description. Our experience was one of being mislead and cheated -- even if you think you did not do it intentionally. I spoke to Mr. Amit. I did not get a sensible adequate response. He simply chose not to understand what is it that I / our group of 7 people was trying to tell him. Tourists want value for their money when they make expensive trips overseas for Tourism and the general common sense expectation is that rides at a stop in a City-Tour is included in the price. Mr. Amit did not even want to acknowledge this point. Needless to state again, our experience was one of disappointment and being robbed of value for money. Sorry. But you must understand this -- A City Tour must have all the stops listed and only those stops must be made that are listed in the description. You cannot make stops where certain passengers are doing nothing and just wasting time. If you want to talk to me, you have my details. Instead of talking to me, try to do at least a partial refund. That'd only be fair.
