★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional, bus left me on immigration in Singapore. Due to heavy rush I clear immigration in 40 minutes and bus left me there. Next day I called them to complaint but they replied other pesanges were getting late. I also lost my phone charger in the bus. Worst experience with this bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As there are many bad reviews on here, I feel like having to tell a good experience with Sri Maju:
I went from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. There were two drivers, both were friendly. They drove safely, always waited for everyone at the stops (leaving Singapore, immigration, short stop to eat something) and had a good English level. I'd go with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I strated travelling I would just buy any tickets that was available as most of the buses was all the same BUT It all changed from that very first day I traveled with SERI MAJU. Years has passed now and I have been a very loyal customer with them till this very day .. honestly they had been providing such good customer service and they have been constantly upgrading and maintaining their fleet of buses but most importantly they are always on time with their departure and arrival .they have not dropped their standards one bit .. Also kudos to the driver uncles for driving us safely and Honestly I have never ever had any bad encounters while in the road .. professional driver ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the nite bus to Ipoh from the golden mile center. This was the only bus service which goes right into ipoh rown (and Amanjaya). Driver know what they r doing. Minimum interaction. Didn't expect a 'welcome and thank you for choosing Sri Maju' and I did not get one. But along the way, I know I am in safe hands. The ride, as expected, was uneventful. I hope Sri Maju puts in new updated buses. The aircon was not cold enough, the chairs were tired and uncomfortable. The bus just feels old. Took a different company's bus from Malacca to Singapore. The difference can fill a page. All the best.
