★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Aesthetics Underarm and Hollywood Laser treatments are relatively affordable! Staff at the Raffles outlet are very friendly and gentle, boosting customer experience greatly! The overall vibe feels very pleasant :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is NOT handicap accessible NOT handicap friendly. My Mom who is wheelchair bound with hip bone fractures has to go for x-ray on the 13 floor, but was forced to "walk" up the flight of stairs. The clinic told me there is no car park lift or back access. And they have already feedback to the building management with no action taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated and very well maintained building. Looked and felt posh. The lifts open directly onto their tenants' shop spaces. Very open concept or loft places style where each entire floor belongs to a particular tenant/establishments. No doors concept except for the lift doors. Main and only gripe is that the building is not handicap friendly at all. Main entrance is up a short flight of stairs, posing difficulty for people with inability/difficulty to climb up and down stairs. And I couldn't find any other access points without stairs.
