β β β β β First-time going to a chiropractor, was recommended by a friend.
They took photos of my front and side profile and the doctor assessed and explained the problems of my posture which I could not notice.
Dr Adam was patient and gave detailed explanations which were informative and helpful regarding posture, and how certain habits can affect various parts of the spine and neck, and how to improve them.
The adjustment process was smooth as well. Dr Adam explained what he was going to do before executing the adjustment on my pelvis and neck area. Slight discomfort when cracking, but it was brief and no lasting pain.
Very professional centre with competent doctors.

β β β β β Had two session with a new doctor, Dr Daniel Tan. Very pleasant experience here. Not pushy to sell package unlike other Chiro I have been to (Natrahea). Highly recommended for those looking for a true chiro that look into your well-being. ????

β β β β β Having suffered scoliosis (16 degree) since my teens, the off aligned spine structure caused strain in my back muscles. I face difficulties to fully stretch, having tightness at my hip. The sg pain solutionβs βsports stretch massageβ session breathe new hope to my long term pain. During the stretch, with the therapistβs help, I can feel my moment range improved, the fact that I could touch my toes after the session doing a forward bend! A good 20% increase of the range. What I learnt from the session is that with the help of another, we get to stretch beyond what we can do on our own, with guidance makes it safe too. I have gone to many other sports massage however never stretched the way Fridaus did. He is professional, patient and knowledgeable esp working with many sports athletes I felt very safe knowing that he knows what he is doing. Awesome stuff!

β β β β β Had my first session with Dr Daniel for my scoliosis on 16th April. Consultation and treatment process was amazing.
My hip and back mobility improved significantly since then. Will be back for more.
Novi's(staff at reception area) patience, friendly and kind nature made me felt more relaxed during my 1st session. She even went the extra mile by teaching me how to use the coffee machine at the pantry.
The clinic itself is in spick and span condition.
A pleasant experience.

β β β β β Brought my mother here as she was facing some back issue, this is only her 2nd session & she felt so much better. Front desk was very friendly! Dr Daniel was detailed in explaining it to my mum and letting her know what may have caused her back pain. Definitely 100% recommend anyone to give it a try. & they were not pushy with you signing the packages as well!
