Was recommended this place by my sister and I’m truly impressed by the expertise and dedication of the physiotherapists at The Rehab Lab. Instead of focusing on just treating the symptoms (I.e. pain), the physiotherapists here take a holistic approach. From the assessment, I was recommended a variety of physio exercises which aim at strengthening the various weaker parts of my body to prevent further strain. After a week, I’ve seen results. I am no longer in pain. I now see Lorraine at The Rehab Lab about once a week. She’s meticulous and intentional with her recommendations and instructions. I highly recommend The Rehab Lab to anyone looking to address core issues of their physical pain, which part it may be.

I've been to the public and other private physio clinics to treat my chronic ankle issues during my running. However, most only provide symptomatic or run of mill treatment. The Rehab Lab is totally different as they look at my movements and body as a whole, especially for my running gait. They are great at what they do and was able to pinpoint what many previous physios missed out in my running gait. Within 2 sessions, I am almost pain-free. I love how they focus alot on teaching you how to use your body properly and prevent recurring injuries, with effective treatment plans. Effects are long lasting (if you continue to do the exercises taught which are easy to replicate at home or in a regular gym). Best buck paid for physiotherapy, highly recommended. Thank you The Rehab Lab!

I experienced a hip injury and Fadhli was my therapist from The Rehab Lab, which was well equipped, clean and spacious. Fadhli was very knowledgeable and kind when assessing my condition and understanding my exercise routines. Over 8-10 sessions, he worked patiently with me to identify the root cause of pain, and target problem areas effectively. He also shared his knowledge related to sports and physio generously, and I am grateful for his care and professionalism.

Couldn't be happier with my time at the Rehab Lab. Had previously seen other massage therapists and physios trying to fix the severe tingling/weakness in my left leg as well as knee soreness in my right, all to no avail. I'd injured myself through a combo of lifting/running, and the discomfort eventually grew so pervasive, I feared it'd become chronic. Simple activities like walking had become painful, and taking time off exercise failed to fix my problem. However! On my first consult with my therapist, Elizabeth, she swiftly pinpointed postural issues and made some simple, yet extremely effective, recommendations. My physical discomfort greatly reduced within the first week. Not only was I impressed by her experience, keen eye and abundant knowledge, Liz proved to be really good at listening to my feedback, scaling the exercises, explaining what each was for, as well as how to perform them correctly. I felt supported and in good hands every single step of my healing journey, and even learned a lot of useful things about lifting form, how my body moves and hinges, etc. Currently 2 months in and I would say I'm back to about 80% in terms of comfort and performance compared to pre-injury. I was able to resume my usual activity levels, even feel stronger at the bottom of the squat than I had previously, and am currently working with Liz so I can run pain-free again. All in all, I'm genuinely impressed with and grateful for the effectiveness of the treatment I'm receiving at the rehab lab. Really happy that I chanced upon the Google reviews that persuaded me to check them out, so here I am leaving my own as well. Strongly recommend for lifters and runners alike!

I first decided to try out the Rehab Lab due to recurrent back pain and somatic referred pain (had prior assessment in hospital). The effects after the first session were tangible and lasting. Each session is customized to my needs, addresses underlying issues and has a good mix of pain relief, conditioning and education. I am grateful for my therapist Raihan who has utmost professionalism, proficiency in technique and is very personable. He is focused on delivering effective treatment and is never cursory or just going through the motion. He never once tried to hard sell any package/treatment. If like me previously, you are one of those who think that such therapy is only meant for professional athletes, I would strongly encourage you to give it a try and am confident you will be convinced otherwise.

I experienced some minor injury on the left knee due to work and rock climbing/bouldering. Being very well-versed and knowledgeable, Raihan made an assessment on my injured knee during the first session of therapy. He understood the pain I was going through, and highlighted what was the cause of it, as well as the remedies that could be applied in order to have it properly healed. On top of that, he occasionally did follow-ups on my progression and asks if I'm still experiencing any discomfort. He is definitely someone to go to if anyone is searching for a sports therapist for any injuries. Keep up the excellent work!

Came into Rehab Lab looking for help with my chronic back, knee and ankle pain and Liz managed to diagnose the underlying issues immediately. I'd been to the hospital and other physios before but this time I felt Liz really understood what was causing my pain. It was a huge relief tbh as I want to continue dancing for as long as possible! She also gives me exercises to do at home after every session which I enjoy doing as they give results with consistent effort ? Have been to only 4 sessions and I already feel a big difference in the flexibility and mobility for my lower body, and of course lesser pain! I'm so thankful to have found Rehab Lab as I believe in the way they approach physiotherapy ??

I have visited other sports massage therapist, osteopath and physiotherapist prior to visiting The Rehab Lab. I was initially very skeptical of starting physiotherapy all over again as I saw my previous physio for 4 months and had little progress - my back was still hurting whenever I sat for >4hours and I couldn’t exercise for more than 20mins at a time. However, Fadhli has been truly instrumental in helping me to live not only pain free on a daily basis but also in building strength for exercising again. He adopts a different approach - firstly using shockwave/taping to reduce pain and then identifying the muscles that are weaker and targets them so that there is less compensatory movements. He is very thorough in his explanations and patiently guides me through each of the exercises to ensure I’m doing them correctly. I leave each week with a set of exercises to work on at home and he ensures that the exercises are tailored to my abilities. Fadhli is really encouraging and he motivates me to do better each time. Visiting The Rehab Lab is truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and I’m really grateful to have their support as I transition back into exercising again. I’m able to do so much more now than I’ve been able to the past 6 months and it couldn’t have been possible without Fadhli’s sessions. The team members here are really friendly and I know that I’m in good hands each time I’m here.
