After reading several positive reviews on Google and doing some research I decided to visit Elite Spine Centers. I started seeing Dr Mike for sessions since January, I've had nerve pain for several months since then. I was impressed by the service provided by Dr Mike and all the nurses. They were welcoming and I always felt at home. All of them were warm and approachable. During my first session, Dr Mike took some time with my consultation as we worked through each of my concern. He was very attentive and never left anything out from being addressed. When at first I opted out from getting a X-ray, I was never pressured to take one and Dr Mike was always really respectful of our decisions. During my first visit, there was so much positive vibes that I signed on my first package on the day itself. No hardselling at all. Even though each visit is short, I always felt very attended to. I have just finished my first package with them, signed onto my second one after getting my X ray done. We discovered that my pain doesn't seem to be caused by a herniated disk luckily, but could be a lateral pelvic tilt. Dr Mike is also always very understanding about cost concerns, constantly finding ways to lower costs while providing optimal treatment. You can tell this place truly cares about their patients. After reading some reviews on Google, I decided to visit Elite Spine Centres. The first time I met Dr. Mike and his friendly bunch of staff, I was impressed by their professionalism and service. Dr. Mike took the time to explain my condition and worked on a customized treatment to address my condition. After seeing him for about 2.5 months, my back pain and IT band issue has improved. Prior to this, I have been seeing a few physiotherapist but my condition remained the same. Thanks to Dr. Mike and his wonderful and friendly staff, I feel so much better now. They have always been so helpful during each of my visit. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

After my son had read the reviews on Google, he decided to arranged a consultation appointment for me with Elite Spine Centre to treat both my knees which had been very painful for many years and that has affected my mobility. Dr Michelle reviewed my knees condition and proposed a customised 16 sessions treatment (2 x treatment per week). After these treatments, my both knees pain has recovered about 60%. Dr Mike and his team are one of the most professional and caring healthcare practitioners I've ever encountered. I've sought out treatment from Elite Spine Centres because of a persistent ache that I developed in the muscles near the shoulder blades and my neck, and I'm glad that after the first phase of treatment, the pain and symptoms have been greatly reduced. Initially, I was apprehensive about chiropractic and nervous about the adjustments, but Dr Mike was very reassuring and empathetic. I was also most impressed by how knowledgeable and willing the team is in equipping all patients with the rehabilitative exercises and stretches which provides a very helpful and sustainable treatment plan.
