★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 两天前我来到仁和医疗诊所看中医，由于最近天气较凉，也受了风寒，肩颈和后背都觉得又冷又酸，整个头也很紧，来到这里当天是姚医师看诊，他很专业认真的做了检查，和问了一些问题，于是就为我做了走火罐和局部穴位放血，非常神奇的是当时我的头就不那么紧了，做好以后肩颈和全身的酸楚都立刻好了许多。之后姚医师也为我开了一些药让我回去服用，效果也很好，我原以为中医治疗的效果比较慢，但想不到很快见到效果。诊所的整体环境很好，很享受，感觉像是在SPA中心，非常安静，伴随着轻柔的音乐。最重要的是姚医师的专业和耐心问答，真的让我有不一样的看中医的体验！
 Two days ago, I came to see a Chinese medicine doctor at Renhe Medical Clinic. Due to the cold weather recently, I also suffered from a cold. My shoulders, neck and back felt cold and sore, and my head was very tight. On the day I came here, Dr. Yao saw the doctor , he did the examination professionally and earnestly, and asked some questions, so he did a cupping pot and local acupoint bloodletting for me. It was amazing that my head was not so tight at that time. The grief was immediately much better. Afterwards, Dr. Yao also prescribed some medicines for me to take back, and the effect was also very good. I thought that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was slow, but I did not expect to see the effect soon. The overall environment of the clinic is good and enjoyable, it feels like a spa center, very quiet, accompanied by soft music. The most important thing is Dr. Yao's professional and patient Q&A, which really gave me a different experience of seeing a doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr.Simon for my stiff neck&back. After his adjustment, my back felt so much better and the body also felt lighter. Dr.Simon was very patient and took the time to explain what he was doing and how to prevent future injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Physician Kelvin Goh for facial acupuncture and lower back pain issues. He is very patient, friendly and very skillful with his acupuncture and cupping techniques. He is also soft spoken and made me feel comfortable.
The facial acu package was reasonably priced and most importantly, painless and effective. Within a few sessions, my face was much brighter and smoother. I think the effect was better than my laser sessions at a skin doctor that cost me many times more!!
He also treated my back pain which was bothering me a lot due to frequent exercise. It was very effective in relieving my pain. Used to bother me even during sleep! He also prescribed some meds for me to take. He made sure I would take it before prescribing, as he was afraid i would just toss it aside ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended an appointment with Real Health Medical on the 1st of July at 3.15pm, the day before which is on the 30th June I make the call for appointment and there was this lady with short hair wearing specs (counter) spoken to me on the phone that she pronounced my Chinese name wrongly and insisted me that I was the one written down my own name wrongly and told her that my name is not pronounced in this way.
The next day which is on the 1st of July I went for the appointment, the doctor who is treating me his name is Simon Shen reprimanded me in front of other customers that I should have said it nicely to the counter staff about my name, without giving me any face, I felt humiliated on that scene. As a customer, I don’t have the right to be angry and feel offended that my name was being called wrongly and still have to be reprimanded by the doctor in front of other customers presence. I felt totally uncomfortable and humiliated. Dr Simon Shen was not very nice to me during the process of treatment, he was not patience with me and even raise his harsh voice on me while, I am not sure about the stretching posture.
As a customer/client, I felt angry, and offended about the service was treated to me.

It was a very informative and experiential workshop, with the right balance of theory and practice. The workshop flow was very well organised and Kelvin’s clear explanation allowed us to understand the context. He methodically demonstrated the techniques to ensure that we learn and do it correctly. We even walked away with tools that we can practice immediately! Highly recommended !!
