I did a CTT facial which suitable for sensitive skin like me. Loving the serum infusion that brightens up my skin and hydrates skin at the same time. The feeling was so good after the facial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to IDS from a friend. Their treatment has been very effective for my oily skin and clogged pores. This was after I tried unsuccessfully with 2 other facial companies to clear my skin. Their pricing is also value for money compared to the other facial companies that I previously went to. Therapist Kym is very thorough in her extraction and the products that IDS sells are effective. I like that their products are backed by dermatologists. Highly recommended!

I especially recommend consultant Kym to do for me as she is very thorough and clean and patience in squeezing every black/white head. Also her skill is amazing as i never gotten any infection the next day after the extraction. highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting IDS for monthly facial for the past 4 years. Crystal has always been my designated facial therapist. She is detailed and precise. She provides me with useful recommendations on how I can better use my ids products according to my skin condition during facial session. She also chooses suitable mask for me at last step of each facial treatment in accordance to my skin condition that day.
Highly recommend crystal if you wanna give yourself a facial treat:)

Since I started my journey with IDS, I have had better skin than ever due to the aesthetic services and products. My therapist Kym is sincere, friendly and highly professional with her services! Dr Ian is also friendly, patient and ensures that the treatments meet the needs of patients. Definitely a go to clinic for anyone with derma concerns.

Specialists are knowledgeable and very professional (I was assigned to Dr. Ian Tan YS. who was so patient with my questions. Also very impressed with their range of skincare products. Writing this review after I've had some form of experience using their products. Favourites are the Vitamin C Serum and the Sunblock!
Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m still waiting. It’s almost one hour after my appointment time at 3pm for laser treatment. Still sitting at the waiting corner. Do manage the appointment time. Advise to only visit if you have the free time to wait for doctors. Appointment system is literally useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t write reviews often but IDS deserves one! I’ve been having acne/scarring issues for over 10 years and after several sessions with them, there was SO much improvement. Also love that they did not hard sell packages / products. Customer service is excellent and all the doctors & therapists there were warm and friendly. ????
