★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible customer service. 2 of the same products went faulty exhibiting the same fault. 1 within 2 days and 1 within 4 months.wanted to do a replacement to other products, but was denied. they only do repair. repair of led stripes? customer service is rude, likewise for the management. I am going to Lodge a complaint with CASE and small case tribunal to redress my grievances. I am going to post everywhere to warn people the risk of buying products from them. Buy at ur own risk!
