β β β β β Very bad experience. I I'll rate it in negative. When we arrived at airport, immigration took some time so we reached the pickup at airport a little late. We were standing there clueless as there was nobody to pick up us. We ranged his given no. It was unavailable. In hotel one of their representative came to meet us- he was rude talking in a rusty tone blamed us for being late at airport, in the name of briefing the tour he just handed us an envelope with itinerary and tickets. Through out our stay the man maintained his patronising tone. Finally we cancelled our tour with him and managed by ourselves. So, better don't opt for them.

β β β β β We have just completed our Singapore and Malaysia trip with Red Apple Travels. Iam surprised to see a lot of negative reviews as we had a totally pleasant experience.May be we are the lucky ones ?.. The team received us at the airport and handed over the itinerary and all the entry tickets to us. Divers were always on time.Their call center team was also very helpful. Overall we had a memorable trip. Thanks to Red Apple team of both Singapore and Malaysia.

β β β β β i visited recently Singapore and Malaysia with Red Apple and From the starting of the tour it was an Extremely bad experience. No one at the Singapore and Malaysia Both airports for receiving us. after long waiting they came for picking us. we missed our most of the sightseeing and their tour guide they are not interested to show Singapore to clients they just want to sell expensive products to clients so they can get commission from the shopkeepers. they charge for Monuments entrances but when we reach their they said it is not included in their program. as we already have confirmation vouchers with us but they denied to provide tickets we bought our tickets again. so guys if somebody is planning to go Singapore and Malaysia with Red Apple then please try some other options for your comfortable travel.

β β β β β Red Apple Travel Singapore.........terrible , confused batch of people. I found my self having deal with them from August 18th -28th. I had gone for family vacation. And the travel agency I contacted subcontracted this company.
Wow. On the arrival I couldn't find these guys...all my search yield nothing, fortunately I had Emirates chauffeur benefits ... so finally I got to my hotel on a rainy night. Just when I was trying to get some sleep someone comes to my hotel almost midnight....
As if this was not enough he wanted me to agree to start my tour at 8am... next Morning...
I tried to suggest a rescheduled. They Refused...
Then their true colors started. I was waiting for a pickup for a night safari... agreed time pick up was 6.15pm, it was 6.15pm and no one could be found. Called Red Apple. The lady lamented driver can't be found so so as not to loose my event I should take a taxi and it would refunded next Morning..
Naive as I was I did, only for the Red apple guy engage me in a vociferous argument on how his driver was at my hotel....of course they never refunded my taxi fare.
Then came periods of late pick ups or no turning up.
My impression is they can't be trusted, they don't have the wherewithal to be a destination management company...
On my day of departure I was waiting for a final confirmation, big companies like Emirates are able to do so, so why not red apple. 12 hours to departure I didn't hear from them, I was wasn't surprised, I therefore called reliable Emirates and they of course turned up.. I later received a WhatsApp from someone claiming they came to my hotel... sorry guys I don't gamble with my business as you guys
Terrible, If I say I am disappointed I am being charitable.

β β β β β It was simply horrible for our guests. And this experience is the second in 2 weeks. They did not come to pick up the guests in Singapore. When the guests called up their office in Singapore, they were not at all aware of the booking ?? On the last day again they goofed up. The guests were anxiously waiting for them to come for the airport drop and they turn up at the last moment. And they dropped the guests at the wrong terminal?? When the guests insisted their driver to drop at the right terminal he very rudely informed the client NO ?? The guests had to rush between terminals to finally catch the flight. They are very bad and it seems nobody is in control and no use of their people in Singapore. Be careful with this agency

β β β β β Gave rating 1 because you don't have zero as a rating or a negative rating. These people are not at all accessable once you are in Singapore. Promises to get in touch are never complied with. Delay in pickup while arriving from Malaysia was only one hour...But ready to raise eyebrows if you are not spotted immediately when they pick u up. And the person I dealt with was Mr.Albert. But for some support from my local agent, we would have been stranded on our arrival in Singapore. So guys please check with your agents if they are choosing Red Apple as partners and if yes oot out

They picked us up 30 minutes later than their scheduled time, But they were not ready to wait for us even if it is 5 minutes delay, such rude behavior from the tour manager as well as the drivers. Everyday it was a tension for us which kind of Driver will come and all time confusion with the timings of pickup. Before you book better check with your tour organizer which Singapore tour guys you are going to get tied up with, If these are the Guys think, half of your tour enjoyment is spoiled

Is PC 7015G very very rude person in all over Singapore He doesnβt know how to deal with people even use very bad words to ladies and children
