“Non-smoking” hotel… yeah, right.

Basic room. The bed enough to fit two people but interior design is below average. It's a very simple room. Toilet is basic. The TV also they provide is small and it was placed on a corner on a small table Headlight was flickering. This is not recommended for those who wants comfort when staying in Singapore. But for those who are not fussy and wants only affordable place to stay then this hotel could pass an "okay".

Had a pleasant stay in hotel REDDOORZ@GEYLANG for 6 days. All their room service staff as specialy Ms.Chokamal is very friendly and did great service, while deliver the foods. The receptionist also did a good and kind customer service.The room is very comfortable, it's worth for price that you paid. Facilities are great too! I highly recommend this hotel,

They cancelled my booking 2 hours before check-in time. I have booked this for SHN in advance to have a worry-free travel. But I was wrong. ?

Booked the hotel on agoda and unable to come during checked in due to health issue. Got charged for a no show fee @ 128 SGD even if there wasn’t any rules in the booking policy about no show fee when i was booking! My money wasn’t refunded and there’s an extra charge that is the price of the room. There’s no justice in here, just a company making unfair profit

Date of visit: May 2022 Room is clean and well ventilated with windows (including the bathroom). Room is furnished with a kettle, drawer cabinet, clothes hangars and 2 water bottles (topped up every day). My only wish is that they replaced the drawer cabinet with a small desk instead, currently there is no place to sit and use a laptop. The neighbourhood is lively (but the street of the hostel itself is quiet so allowing for uninterrupted sleep), plenty of nearby restaurants open at all times of the day. It is also conveniently located to various bus stops and walking distance to MRT stations (Aljunied, Mountbatten) Front desk reception staff is available 24 hours and are very polite. Would I stay here again ? Yes.

Beep! 20 seconds. Beep! Beep! A non stop 24-7 "alarm panel" will beep. Can't be shut off. Be prepared to be woken up constantly. Small but clean rooms. Thick comforter. TV is so small about 19 inches diagonal, almost useless. Far from any train station making it a very long walk if you don't have a car
