★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very well patronized MRT station, being in a relatively prime spot of Singapore, and having some cultural backgrounds to the name, Redhill.
It's probably the closest train station to River Valley, where it's heavily populated with expats as well, which also resulted in many expats deciding to increasingly stay around Redhill too.
Many condo developments and prime developments started to happen, as a result of these changes around Singapore. It's afterall a good neighborhood.
