★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager e tall aunty and the guy staff are not service oriented. Always need to wait at the cashier, even Q is long no one is keen to order another counter. Lacked of sense if urgency Frequently Baker will know that its not the best place to buy from with the so much marked up. I seriously do no recommend to buy from them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a long queue at the cashier and there were 2 staffs at the cashiers. Only 1 was operating the cashier and the other was just standing there. They could have open the other cashier temporarily to go through with the rest of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large outlet and much needed in Punggol! Wide selection of products, from the usual baking supplies to a shelf full of chocolates and fridges loaded with cheese... Prices are lower than supermarkets.
