★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience here as I celebrated my hubby’s birthday last Sunday! The food was great as usual and customer service was exceptional - especially from Long Hao! He was super friendly and great at performing the “lamian” show. What’s even better is he even taught my 8yo daughter how to perform a “lamian” show for her daddy as a birthday present! My daughter totally enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm welcomed us with bright sweet smile... ushered us to the nearest convenient seat as my sister was using clutches. They were very thoughtful. Very prompt and very courteous towards us while serving. Very attentive.
We would like to compliment 2 staff name Ah Foo and Britanny. They are indeed the assets to this HAIDILAO Northshore branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came without any reservation and took one hour to get the table on Saturday lunch time. Do reserve the table before visiting and they gave a half portion of iberico pork for free.
The service as usual was suberb. I always like the service here. I speak a little bit of Mandarin. Some staffs can speak English.
Order the noodle for some performance of noddle dance.
Kids get a portion of dishes for free.
There is also kids play room. The restaurant is kid's friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dining waiting time here is very short, we came with our parents yesterday and 拉面小哥 隆豪 surprised my dad with his skills.
We have been to multiple haidilao branch, this includes Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Novena, Paya Lebar, Vivo City, Marina Square, Clark Quay, Orchard and Sunway Pyramid. I feel this branch has a personal touch just like the one in Clark Quay.
Food quality as usual is of Haidilao standard, fresh. And service is tip top, we brought our dessert wine and champagne over, they are more than happy to serve us even the lobby manager served us nicely.
One more thing to mention their shop is quipped with nice Led panel display Lights and ambient lights so its currently one of the best decorated haidilao in Singapore beside the Marina Square one. They also have robotic arm that picks your food, and deliver by robot mover. It’s also spacious and nearby they have decathlon to plan for your exercise after getting more calories from your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience at Haidilao Northshore. From beginning to end we received top notch service, especially by our lovely and friendly waitress Brittany! She took care of our immediate needs wihout us ever asking. She brought out a phone stand for the little one to use, free kids meal on the house, always made sure to clear our plates and replenish our soups and drinks. And even brought out a birthday platter for the celebrant! And the food, sauces, desserts really delivered! What a memorable experience! Thanks to Brittany for taking such good care of us :)
