β β β β β The dessert is simply horrible. Lack of taste and the dessert seriously looks like a pile of trash lump together to form the "black ball Signature". The taste was so plain that it tasted like water bean curd. Worse of all, its $6 for one. Cmon, $6?!

β β β β β This shop has poor standards in terms of service and food quantity and quality, staff made our order wrongly, was not even apologetic, the dessert came with very little ingredients and almost no shaved ice, bowl was slightly more than half filled usually the other outlets that i went to is filled to the brim. Went back to AMK's outlet to grab blackball instead. Let's hope this is due to it being a newly open outlet.

β β β β β I am a resident of the Northshore area and have been frequenting the blackball as I love their desserts. However, I am unable to turn a blind eye to this situation as it is ridiculous. I ordered a grass jelly shaved ice, and the ice was so thin that it would have melted within minutes. Checked with the lady why it was so little, and asked for more. However, she answered that I had to top up $1. I did, only to receive an extremely stingy amount of ice. By the time my I topped up my ice, the original layer of ice I had was already melted. Extremely disappointed.

β β β β β Visited this outlet around 5pm where thereβs barely any crowd. Desserts served were ok just that the portions were not full and worst still the services provided was horrible. Requested for extra creamer (5ml) but was told it was chargeable in bad attitude so I replied itβs fine. Subsequently I asked for extra plastic spoon (like cai fan spoon) for my kid then again got asked how many spoons that i have received as if I was asking for too much. The staff then handed the extra spoon to me unhappily. I mean is it really that costly to provide extra plastic spoon that you have to treat the customer in this way? And with so many low stars reviews over the google review, donβt you think you should review it wholeheartedly?
This will definitely be my last visit here! ??

β β β β β Loved the flavour of their desserts and have been returning many times. However this lates bowl I got delivered was very sad. $0.90 for 2 tiny pieces of sweet potato, I can still live with the $0.90 for 3 tiny taro balls. Can they please go back to when they first started a few months back and give a hearty serving of toppings.
