β β β β β Looks like a nice shop but staff is not so attentive. My friend and I wanted to get into mtb biking and donβt want cheap stuff (buy once cry once) so I checked out this nearby shop. I magically gained invisible super powers in there. Perhaps they have plenty to customers or you need to know the staff personally. Dunno

β β β β β A pretty chill shop for Santa Cruz bikes. The guys are very very friendly and it is highly recommended!!! Am already buying my 2nd bike here during this pandemic, and you can tell they are trying their very best to push bikes out to customers at their very best of their ability.

β β β β β Bought a pair of RC Vice shoes here yesterday, good quality, but I really believe the shop would look much better if u properly tiled the floor with nice patterns or smth. Regardless, good customer service and would come back here again. Bikes look nice...

β β β β β Great range of MTB products at good prices. Although they have a online shop, not all are listed. Best is to visit the shop and do your shopping. Nice people there are most willing to help when being asked. Do drop by this place to have a look.

β β β β β Good place to service bike. Staff is polite and willing to share.
But waiting time is in weeks. Had to leave the bike for a long time, although they only take a few days for the actual servicing.
Generally quality work. But the brake disc (both) were rubbing against the pads, had to fix it myself. And still have to fix the slow leak.

Expectional service and attention to details for my bike.
Slightly long waiting time but all worthwhile when proper job is done.
Definitely will recommend to my friends with MTB, if they don't mind the wait. ?

β β β β β Raffi was super helpful, he went the extra mile and successfully serviced and fixed a few issues I had on my 2yr old Trek bike. After many attempts had failed to fix it from the guys where I bought it from.
