Best Bicycle Shop in Singapore

R	Ruohan Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my road bike from the shop. Very experienced and knowledge staff about the bike and patiently answered my questions. Fitted the bike nicely and introduced me to their riding group so that I can improve my riding. Would recommend the shop. Look for Wong if you want a road bike.
K	KC T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website and Online Bike Services Portal can be improved / made clearer. It is clear that an appointment is required for service requests or for test riding of bicycles. No issues with that. However, we told that an appointment is required to buy a helmet / accessories. Instead of wasting potential customers' time to travel down, suggest that the booking portal be enhanced as it only mentions test-rides and servicing at this stage. Even the fields to fill up are all questions about servicing. Instead of allowing us to wait until the shop was less busy, we were told to book an appointment and come back another day (to buy a helmet). Credit has to be given to the taller staff helping at the door. He was patient, polite and professional when I was giving feedback. However, another staff (boss/manager?) walked out and made a passing curt remark which was unnecessary.

Greeted us brightly when we reached but changed in attitude immediately after they realised we were not there for purchases. Rejected to borrow an air pump even after offering to pay for it. Nothing wrong about it but very transactional and unhelpful. Had to push my bike to the nearest petrol kiosk. Never gonna patronise this shop ever. Rude staff.

Even after another sales comes, they still don't bother to introduce or tell information. What U see is what u get attitude, and see the bike from the web. Think twice if u wanna buy from them.

Really bad service and make you do not want to buy anything from them! and exactly that is the reason you have the worst comments on google...On other customer you didn't even OFFER to pump the tyres...

Rung ahead to check that the items were in stock and then went ahead to book the mechanic session - they even allowed me the flexibility of arriving early. The session even included slight tune up of my brakes and they even pumped my tyres. Really happy with everything.

I was a loyal customer ever since I bought my Dahon Vitesse D18 from them back in 2013, and I always relied on them for servicing, change of parts and tuning all the way till 2017. But somehow, after the change of venue and some hiatus, the service I used to receive is gone. Very recently, my bike has a misplaced hinge screw and sought to find MBS as usual. But I was rejected away and said it was not replacable. Is it because after 5 years of warranty is over, the service attitude is different?
