He was detailed in his explanation, provided us good recommendations and advice for our needs, wasn't pushy, was extremely patient and nice about everything. The pricing in the shop is fairly reasonable as well. Do check them out!
t	tommy yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreasonable shop. When we bring our light bulb size to the shop and ask them which size we should buy for replacement. They showed us the one to buy. After we went home we try but totally cannot fit. So we bring back to the shop. When we bring back to change the size they said cannot change because we used. We never even on the power because the size is wrong? Size wrong how to on power? Come on lah don’t bully people. It’s not the cost of a few bulb it’s the business ethics!

Right from the get go, enquiring about the different brands of fans and track lights was a breeze. Sam was very patient in explaining the functions of the fans and was able to advise us which fans were the most suitable for us. He took his time and was not pushy at all. Needless to say, we got all our fans and track lights for the entire house from him. If the shop had sanitary ware, we would have gladly and immediately purchased from him as well! That's how comfortable hubby and I felt with this family-run shop. You don't feel like they are ripping you off. They genuinely want the best products that suit their customers needs. Price wise was very reasonable as well. Installation was a breeze too. We highly recommend Regal Lighting to whoever who needs any lights or fans for their home and will definately not hesitate to go back to them again if we need to. ??

Venus was very patient when attending to us, took the time to understand our needs and gave us sound advice on which types of lightings to choose. Prices were reasonable and even though we had a few changes to the delivery and installation dates, they were happy to accommodate. Overall a great experience with Regal Lighting and we would recommend them if you are looking for affordable products and good service!
