Only bad thing is that its beside the carpark area and if you have less than five pax, you get the small tables at the edge right beside the carpark so when any vehicles moves off or moves in, you get the luxury to breathe in the smoke from the cars

L	Lim Soon Heng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have a decent zhi char. The coffeeshop was recently renovated and clean. We had bbq sauce squid and pork ribs. Both were well marinated and presentation was good. Enjoyed it over a few beers.

Had to remind the waiter to ask for it only to be answered with "it's coming". Priority was probably given to big orders with seafood. Wasted 45mins waiting for it. Food was so so only, the salted egg chicken with rice was dry with a few pathetic pieces of meat. Considering the waiting time, totally not worth it.

We were already 3/4 into the dish when we scooped up a USED CIGARETTE BUTT in the curry. This meant that the chef or someone was smoking in the kitchen while cooking?! I think it would still be excusable if it was an insect because it might've flew in by itself. But a USED cigarette butt is definitely not an excuse. Can you imagine how the cigarette butt was cooked into the curry with the tobacco? When i confronted the waitress, she simply asked to refund the cost of the dish and did not apologise.
S	Stanley SNG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner at Red Lantern with the family. Good zichar at good price point. The promotional Thai fish head at $12 was really good value. Other dishes we were pretty good too - XO sauce asparagus, chicken "fingers", etc. Do expect a bit of a wait during peak hours. We were there on a Sunday evening and had to wait for 20 minutes or so, and could sense a bit of an understaffing situation. The rojak and lok lok / satay stall nearby are good options to try while waiting. ?
