1.0 star rating 14/12/2017 Called her up and enquired for cheongsam price. got quoted $180. by the time i went down she doubled the quote to 300+ (length, piping- basic stuff) gave her materials for 3 dresses in august. wedding on 23 dec. she had promised doing them by early november. went down in october to re-confirm measurements. date had been "changed" to mid november. called few days before "target collection date", she said she was not ready and she was going to call me after her holiday. waited until 2nd week of dec and called her. She replied with a "dont worry ill call u back". Walked into her store shortly after and FREAKED OUT the dresses were still in CLOTH FORM NOT EVEN CUT. She threathened "so then i return you deposit lor you go somewhere else to do". in the end after i made a big fuss she got them out the week after just ONE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING. I only dared to make minor adjustments as i was not confident of her stupid timeline. BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST WITH MAJOR EVENTS. Have so many things to sort out before wedding and had to make so many trips within the most crucial moments before my big day. waste my time and money. also definitely overcharged for simple designs just cos i said it was for my wedding.
