I had a Kawai piano when I was very young and there was this very nice lady named Susan who served our family very well then I remembered. But recently I went to try their piano and a sales lady asked me if I were from a competitor in a not so nice tone.. just becos I know quite a bit about pianos. She's very Unprofessional.

Disappointed that the book I was told could be brought over from another branch didn’t arrive. Excellent effort by staff today in an attempt to rectify the problem but ultimately failed as no stock for the near future. I need the book ASAP and now have wasted a week in which I could have looked elsewhere.

Imagine able to sell piano for 10K++ and not being able to refund your customer. Like I haven't even bought the entire piano? Also they didn't even mention a word about their deposit policy and be like: OH! YOU WANNA GET A REFUND? NO I DON'T ALLOW THAT SO YOU WILL NOT GET BACK YOU MONEY! I DIDN'T MENTION THE DEPOSIT POLICY? WHO CARES I ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY HAHA! If you are SUPER RICH ASIAN who doesn't mind getting juiced by this shop then surely pay a visit there since their SERVICE IS SO GOOD!

Loved the experience at Robert Piano and specifically from Darren Lin who went all in to explain about different Piano’s in details with demonstration and help with choice of the right one. We recently bought a Blüthner Model A upright from Robert Piano @ Parkway branch. The voluminous sound of this professional upright provides the tonal properties of a baby grand in limited space. My son who is currently doing his grade 7, loves the responsive action and expansive dynamic range. Pictured here is the black polish Blüthner, altho we love the sound of the Macassar wood Blüthner too! Our whole experience @ Robert Piano has been excellent. Darren is the 'x-factor'. He was patient, affable, professional in person & promptly responsive on whatsapp, even on his off days! Darren makes an effort to try to accomodate as best he can on every matter great/small. He also goes out of his way to assist on peculiarities of requests. He keeps us regularly updated and certainly has great initiatives! We also like his honesty and humility, even when pressed with difficult comments/questions. Delivery altho delayed due unforseen congestion @ Parkway, handling of the piano (both my old piano & new Blüthner) was professionally executed at dual venues. So all in all, our experience with Robert Piano has been very good because of Darren's full hearted commitment to serve. Well done & keep up the good service. Consistency & serving from the heart is key!

As an adult piano learner, I have been thinking about switching from a digital piano to a real acoustic piano due to the quality of sound. I have shopped around a handful of shops and finally set my eyes on the Kawai K800. Darren was the sales person who attended to me at the Marine Parade branch. His advice for adult learners like me was that K800 could be the one piano which will accompany me for decades to come. Furthermore he let me tried all the Kawai models. The quality of sound of K800 is probably the best due to the height. After waiting patiently for 3 months, my piano finally arrived and I have been practising for 3 days now. I am slowly adapting to one of the best upright acoustic piano in the market. I have no regrets and fully enjoy every moment I play with it. After sales service by Darren and the team are good! I really appreciate their patience with me. Thank you.

Thank you Mr Darren for his excellent service rendered. We were looking for a piano for our new home at Robert Piano. Mr Darren is friendly, polite and with good product knowledge. He has taken the extra mile to explain the differences of the whole range of KAWAI pianos to us. Eventually, we bought the KAWAI K-800 model.
