★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusion during the transition from Torque 5 to Revolution. Accident claims seem to be quite messy as to which party is settling. Some staffs were new and unsure, could not give an answer. Fortunately the management stood out to clear these issues. However....till present, no news of the cheque ready or not since the discharge form has been signed almost 3-4months back.
