Downtime of my car during repair is always reduced to the minimum but yet the repair work are very professionally done by their skillful mechanics.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Charged me $800+ for full diagnosis and recommended solution but shortly after the problem came back. When i went back, they told me it's due to their faulty replacement part. After replacing it again, the problem is still there and this 3RD TIME they claim its another issue which they did not mention during the first full diagnosis and wanted to charge me again. Shouldnt it be reflected on the first diagnosis? Time is wasted going to the workshop again and again. I am bringing this matter to CASETRUST to settle the issue.

I must say Torque 5 is a lucky find as I happen to see them on Google search. I enquired in regards to my broken window and door handle which she was able to quote immediately (super reasonable!). Also, I did a quick visit to the store and the moment I stepped in, Carmen knew it was me! Good job in acknowledging! I liaised with Carmen the whole time in Whatsapp and she has been constantly updating me on the progress of my car and even squeezed me into their busy schedule to fix my car! And knowing she won't be around when I have to send/pick-up the car, she informed me that her colleague Sue-Anne will liaise with me instead. On the day when I had to send the car, Sue-Anne greeted me at the door (I'm impressed!) and assisted me with the car. When I picked up the car, we even rented a vehicle at the very last minute as I couldn't believe how affordable their car rental rates are at no additional cost to JB! Today we sent the rental car in and the process was quick and efficient. I must say their service is amazing having to deal with all 4 of the ladies (sorry didn't get all the names). All of them were friendly and honest (no funny attitude etc!) Even the mechanic were all nice! I will definitely come back again and have already recommended my friends to visit your store! :) Oh and thanks for letting us hang out in your mini lounge with the massage chair with drinks and biscuits and TV!

I was recently involved in a 3 car chain collision through no fault of mine. Unfortunately I was the middle car with the biggest damage. The lady who rammed into me asked to privately settle and rushed us to decide quickly without any consideration nor apologies. Luckily Emily and her 2 colleagues stopped by to offer us very professional and sound advice. Emily followed in our car to their workshop where all the paperwork were completed without hiccups. Our replacement car was collected on the spot and carpark was transferred in an instant. The repairs lasted 12 days which was very close to what Emily had quoted the timeline to us. She followed up with my texts diligently despite a weekend when I asked for repairs status. Our car looked brand new after repairs were completed! Very experienced team of people and everyone is so friendly and helpful. A BIG thank you to Emily Sim especially who has been sympathetic and understanding from the moment we met. I will definitely recommend Torque 5 to friends. Well done!!!
