Came here for my birthday dinner, we got 1 of each menu. As we love indian cuisine and grilled/charred food, this place was perfect for us. We managed to secure the best seats in the house, counter seats right in front of their fire. We could feel the heat of the flames and were able to see the chefs work their magic, grilling and plating our food. Every dish was a bomb of flavours. What amazed us more was that the bold sauces did not overpower the produce used. Our favorites were: Scallop - best scallop we ever had, it was beautifully seared on the outside, but still translucent inside. The result is incredible texture accompanied with an amazing umami beurre blanc sauce. Snapper - the sauce was just amazing and perfect with the grilled fish. Reminded me somewhat of chinese style fish head curry, but amplified many times. Paneer - Perhaps the most underwhelming was paneer, reminded me of tofu. Lobster - Personally not a big fan of lobster usually, but it was cooked perfectly with good bite. Initially we thought the portions seemed a bit small from photos we saw online, but by the end we were so full and couldn't finish our dessert. I had the revolver pairing (168++), which consisted of 1 cocktail, 2 whites and 2 reds. The cocktail - el diablo, was citrusy and spicy, we loved it a lot. However, I wasn't sure which drink was to be paired with exactly which dish and it was not explained clearly by the staff, small matter though as the wines were generally nice and went well with the dishes served. Have to comment that service otherwise was good, unlike what some other reviewers experienced.

Fantastic. Tried their Experience menu and super satisfied. Do add Wagyu scotch egg with Caviar. Super nice. Indian dishes done in unique and fine ways. Seating at the counter was also very exciting. Got to see all the action going on feel like watching Iron chef show from the front row. Im already a big fan now. Bravo

I love the new wave of Indian fine dining that is taking the boldness of flavors and imagination with ingredients, and combining that with the culture and diversity of the global dining. Revolver is right on the precipice of something exciting, especially with dishes like the lobster manchurian and the black truffle kulchette. I canโ€™t wait to see what else they come up with.

Great ambience and staff. We were served by Ganesh and Amrit, they were manning the grill too. Everything we had was just outstanding, flavorful and the spice level was just perfect. We shared 1 veg and 1 discovery menu between the 2 of us. We had the revolver special drinks and they were very good too. Will definitely be back when the menu changes!

Delicious, lovely place! Food is not too spicy. Especially liked the pork belly thatโ€™s slow cooked for 12 hours. Itโ€™s not on menu though and only available for lunch. Lobster is a bit too heavily seasoned for my taste.

Never had refined Indian cuisine so I was really looking forward to dinner!!! We chose the experience menu and it did not disappoint. Itโ€™s hard to choose a fave from the menu as all of the dishes were pretty much on point. Service could be a little better but we enjoyed the night nonetheless. Will be back when the menu changes.

Terrible experience from the get go. Upon arriving at my reservation time of 130pm, we were told to wait outside, even though it was a very hot day. At 145pm, nobody had come to get us. I went in and spoke with the local front of house, who rudely told me that "they are a very popular restaurant that is fully booked for a few months" so I would just have to wait. I insisted that this was unacceptable, but he didn't seem to care. We were seated at 2pm, half an hour after our booking. We were not offered any sort of compensation for waiting for 30mins outside in the sun. This is all despite their website saying not to be late. Food for the price was outrageously overpriced. For 100 bucks u get half an eggplant, a cube of cheese, half an egg, and a piece of bread with some curry on top, followed by ice cream. We had to add on multiple items to be full, and honestly everything was kinda ordinary except the scotch egg which was good. Our waiters from overseas were much better trained than the front of house, in fact I recommend you give them a raise to replace the local fella who has a clear attitude problem. We left at around 3.50pm, clearly their kitchen can't handle service and therefore the earlier slot overlaps the later slot. Will not return.

Loved the experience here! Being so close to the action and flames and seeing everything up close makes everything taste so much better! The team is very organised and so clean in the kitchen and the food is such a beautiful rendition of elevated food with an Indian flair. Definitely highly recommend it if you like Indian food but are keen on enjoying it in a modern way!
