Terra Tokyo-Italian is a fine-dining restaurant serving Tokyo-Italian cuisine, guaranteed by earning 1 Michelin star in 2021. There were 3 prices to choose ($208, $308, and $408, all comes with 6 courses. The prices are vary depends on the quality of the ingredients. We went for $308 and everything from entrΓ©e to dessert was perfect. My most favorite would be the Italian Sushi, the uni was very fresh and creamy. Their main course which was the wagyu steak was melting in my mouth. Hands down for the food, quality, ingredients, service and everything. Such a great experience ?

Enjoyed every single dish from the 408 menu, from the presentation to the taste, they delivered it meticulously. When I thought the first three courses were fantastic, wait till the risotto showed up, it felt like a dynamite got ignited in my mouth and brain. I was speechless. All I’m trying to say here is - terra is THAT good.

One of the very few Japanese Otalian fusioned omakase restaurants in town. It's michelin awarded for last 3 years. We selected the $308++ menu (out of te 208/308/408) for our first trial at this venue. We also choose glasses of Ferragas Nite Róse as appetizing wine, n continue with a Franz Haas white with the first few seafood dishes n switched to a Brunello red to go with the A4 wagyu beef main course. The wine r good n all dishes go well n r impressive especially the pan fried semi-cooked japanese lobster. Staff r friendly, helpful n attentive. I could hv ratef 5 ⭐ hv it not been the finale dessert dish which is a baked pear & pie with home made gelato. The bake pear is a bit hard n can be simmered to softer plus the pie pastry is too thick n dry, a shortfall in standard for a dessert in a Michelin rated restaurant.

What can I say, the food is great. The waiter brought out the ingredients and informed about the two types of omakase lunch. They only have 2 pricing for lunch. They will ask you if you have any allergies or food you do not eat. Basically expect to be surprise and leave it at the hands of the chef. Ingredients are very fresh especially the tuna. Have been to Michelin star restaurants and some don’t live up to their names in my humble opinion. The wine pairing goes well with the food. I suggest to try the wine too. We ordered the omakase sgd128++ 5 course lunch over the Sgd208++. The courses are served in the following order:(1) Amuse bouche (Hokkaido cheese with pancetta) ,(2) tuna (2/3 different parts) with shiso leaves sauce , (3) fish fried in tempura style with yamaimo (mountain yam) and mashed cauliflower, butter with pine nuts (4)focaccia with homemade porcini Hokkaido butter (5)wagyu beef done medium rare with Hokkaido potato and parmigiano reggiano aged 36 months (6) uni spaghetti with ground yuzu zest (7) tiramisu (chef’s interpretation). We ordered espresso and black coffee to go with the dessert. Dessert is just right and not too sweet. Yummy and a very good experience. Go there without any expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised by the experience and service. Will come back again.

Tried a festival lunch set. $160 for 5 courses. The concept is effectively a mix of Japanese ingredients in Italian cooking method. The taste is well balanced with fresh seafood or beef and subtle seasonings.
