★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lift and frequent the gym everyday. Tennis elbow, shoulder and neck pain affect me once in awhile. Have tried chiropractic and physiotheraphy but the thing that helped me was constant exercise and going to Ri Yue TCM to fix my posture. The pain I have is something a painkiller won't help. Really recommend the Tui Na. Some pain is expected though but it's highly effective.
