β β β β β Avoid Physician Ng Ying Shi from room 2. Rude, inexperienced and unprofessional. She was half hearted in treating patient - did not take pulse, poor acupuncture skills and brushed off patientβs condition with a flippant attitude and off handed remarks. Left clinic feeling same as before.

β β β β β I highly recommend Physician Chong Shu Yun as she is friendly, informative and patient in answering my questions ?
If you have blue CHAS card or from lower income family, you can approach the staffs to apply for subsidy. Rates are affordable (for acupuncture, $13 nett)
Queue can be long especially during this COVID-19 period and her slots fill up quite fast

β β β β β Reviewing on one of the counter staff. Bad service, bad attitude, not listening. For new or less frequent patient, they should give correct instruction on the procedure to register, payment and more. They did not do that and instead kept blaming and giving me attitude for procedure that I did not know. Due to that, I did not get my invoice which I needed and so I requested if they could print again for me but was told off again. Was told that they couldn't re-print invoice and was being blamed again for not following the procedure which I was not told and no idea of. Very bad experience.

β β β β β Needle was left in my shoulder/neck after accupuncture session. Had to be removed by my partner. Doctor was attending to other patients while students were nervously performing accupuncture without supervision.

β β β β β Have only been there once. Doctor Hu Ming Zhu is friendly. But the counter personnel who is responsible to dispense medicine and print invoice has terrible service. I think she is forced to work there because she has super bad attitude

β β β β β Waited around an hour. Not surprising since there were a lot of patients back to back. Nervous first time coming for this treatment but the people there make me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee was also attentive and assuring. Does not make me nervous. Friendly service. Still monitoring and hope treatment is effective. Very affordable price. Only accepts cash or nets for payment method.
