★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Sea Horizon, Sea Esta, Seastrand and Ripple Bay. The maintenance of Ripple Bay amenities seems like the best of the four. The most attractive amenities of the condo has got to be its sky gym and sky lounge which provides a view of the sea. A nice place for residence if you prefer a quiet & tranquil environment. The condo also doesn’t face any HDB, providing a resort feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing condominium at the extreme east of Singapore. It's a lively place for couple and families with children! However, the place is far from Pasir ris mrt. Reachable by bus or a walk of 20 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards are friendly and understanding. Apartment has a view of the sea and facilities are nice. Fogging is done once a week, a very well-maintained condo. Location is just a tad out of the way though.
