★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous apartment complex with two lovely pools. Beautifully maintained gardens and the homes are cosy. Also has great access to a direct bus to the SMRT (bus stop right at the back gate) and about two kilometres from the MRT. Just a 5 minute walk from Pasir Ris beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual condo facilities for which you pay a lot ... boring but the view to the north if you're lucky enough to be on that side and 8th floor & above, is spectacular and almost worth the money :)

U can still laugh at us seeing us like that during heavy rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great for people who enjoy peace and quiet. The units are spacious. Only disadvantage is it has only a few amenities: pool, gym, tennis court, BBQ pit, and a small playground for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inflexible and rude security staff. Think they own the place and extremely unreasonable. 0 EQ. Even if you are following SOP, at least have manners. That’s literally the basic aspect of being a decent person.
Resident here, if you want to live like a prisoner, come stay here for the lols.
I’m not kidding about the security guards attitudes btw.
Update: Night shift ones are the obnoxious ones. Chinese woman and Malay guy. No EQ at all. Come and experience it yourself :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resident of Sea Esta. I want to recount an incident I had with the night shift security guards. Resident door was open and the guards did not even bother fixing them.
On another incident, guards were rude and talked down on me and several other residents as well. Keep demanding for resident card and acting like a gangster. Why can't you talk nicely?
Terrible behaviour. Really angers me to write about this but those night shift guards needs to be changed. Attitude problem is real!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cosy play. Beautiful Swimming pool area. Guard entrance to access to the buildings. There is direction all round for easy location the block you needed to fine. Nice open view from the buildings for as far as you can see. The place is scenic and quite from the main road. Nice greenery all round when you can enjoy all day round.
