Working with Ritchie Creative Design has been a smooth and pleasant experience. Ronald, Wee, and their team were very patient and responsive throughout the whole renovation period. They were attentive to details and their advices were nicely balanced between aesthetics and practicality. Their sub-contractors demonstrated great workmanship and professionalism as well. We bought a resale HDB and wanted to renovate it as our retirement cum WFH home. While we had a clear idea of what we wanted, we were open to good suggestions. A number of IDs we visited did not offer us comfort or good ideas. We heard about Richie and the reviews were good. We paid a visit. The first visit was good even for us to sign the contract. The weeks and months that followed (we were in the middle of covid), endeared us to them. Ronald and Wee were simply marvellous. They spend hours asking the right questions and offering value-added inputs. They visited us at our old place to understand what we liked and to take measurements of the stuff we wanted to keep. They visited our new place, took detailed measurements and drew up a layout plan that captured what we wanted. We went ‘shopping’ together for tiles and fittings. They help to negotiate a good price and were around when the hacking, tiling, painting and wiring took place. Thank you both for the great experience and for being our friends on this journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great ID.

when my hubby decided to change our kitchen basin top and do a minor Reno on our master bedroom, they provided their professional advise and come out a nice design which my hubby love it. ? Their workmanship was super and the carpenters are friendly and most important was Miss Wee personally help us to paint the kitchen wall before the basin installed ( that’s not her duty to paint) but we really appreciated ? Will strong recommend them if you need to renovate your house…???

Amaze with the design of Ritchie, by adding one more bedroom and give out a great feel for more space, more storage and harmony with our lifestyle. We highly impressed with Ronald and his team, who did an amazing job of our HDB flat. Ronald was extremely meticulous and accommodating to our requests along the way. In the end we were surprised the outcome was even better than we expected.

Ritchie Creative Design was our chosen interior designer. When we were choosing the design for our house, the designers gave us multiple 3D renders to understand our preferences in terms of theme and colour. Ronald, Wee and Justin went above and beyond in designing the house and took great care in ensuring we were truly satisfied with the design before the next steps were taken. When the renovation started. We were given timely updates on the progress. They also supervised the works and sent us pictures to show what has been completed. The quality of the work was excellent as well. Due to the pandemic, finding people to work on the house was difficult. However, they always delivered on their set timeline and ensured that the said works would be completed on time. Aftercare has been good as well. Minor issues noted afterwards were promptly touched up and fixed. Ritchie Creative Design has done a great job for my place and I will recommend them to anyone considering doing a renovation. Amazing experience working with Ronald and Wee throughout the whole process of renovating and refurbishing my kitchen. Despite the Covid-19 situation which put the renovation industry in a real pickle, the team managed to complete the project within the stipulated timeline. I was very impressed with the high demand of quality and workmanship whilst Ronald and Wee were managing the project and coordinating with the various contractors. Tiling, carpentry and electrical works were top-notch and there were no corners cut during fabrication and installation. It was apparent that the contractors that worked with them were sieved out carefully to ensure they delivered high quality work. In a nutshell, I would like to thank Ronald and Wee for being professional and highly passionate individuals who took pride in their work throughout the entirety of the project.
