Such a HUGE PLASTIC inside the bread. Imagine if this is swallowed by your young kids. How DANGEROUS that could be. I'd recommend the authority to step in and do the QC check of the shop, both in term of the quality of product and the staffs hired.

The bread is nice. But the old auntie staff is very rude. Do know how to talk properly to the customer. Need to get more training how to attend the customer and be soften attitude.

Tried both cranberry walnut and multi grains bread from clementi branch, love the dense and taste, comparable to the Duke bakery but this is cheaper. Recommended.

Bread variety is good and it’s nice, however the staff can be very rude, does not know how to talk to customers properly. I showed her my grab pay and she didn’t see properly and called out hello rudely. Also i was waiting at the waffle station and she told me to go outside to wait. I asked if she was going to bring it out to me, she said no then u come back and take, i got a shocked and she replied “our shop cannot have too many people inside” in mandarin, at this point i looked around and it was only me and one other customer. The male customer heard her and quick went outside. I think she is very rude, we are customers not her workers. Later, her colleague brought the waffle out to me because their shop has too many customers. Thank god your cakes and bread are nice or else your shop will not be visited thanks to your rude customer service.

This is a great bakery and it is always packed with pastry lovers. I love one particular pastry, kaya puff. And I have found it here. It is very well made, flaky on the outside and filled with generous amount of kaya on the inside. For those who does not know what kaya is, it is a sweetened coconut jam. Verdict: Awesome. However, the front line staff should learn to be a little polite and perhaps a little smile.

Walked past the bakery and stopped because the bread were really fragrant. They have quite a wide selection so I ended up getting quite a variety and they taste pretty good.
