Popular always with a long line waiting. Furthermore stall owners do take their time in preparing each order, so it will take awhile. Chicken looks the business. Tender and the perfect doneness, just slightly pink and 'bleeding' in the middle. Aroma of rose water was very pronounced, to the point of overwhelming the soya sauce. Above average at best. Superb spicy dipping sauce. You can pick up notes of all that fresh chilli padi in there. Run of the mill doughy singapore variety egg noodle. BUT... Star of the meal has to be their unassuming little bowl of soup! DAMN POWER!!!

Undeniable, this is one of the best soya sauce chicken rice stalls in Singapore. If you want to have a real taste of Hong Kong Soya Sauce, there aren't many options in Singapore. Chicken is well marinated and cooked to soft tenderness. Other dish that also does not go wrong is their dumplings - another authentic taste of prawn-rich HK style dumplings

The beef brisket noodle ($6) offers a reasonable value with brisket, tendon, radish and Kai lan. Noodle was above average while the brisket and tendon were well-braised and flavourful. Even the radish was full of flavor. This is only available on Sat & Sun. The prawn dumplings soup had 3 pieces for $3.60. Each of this dumpling was packed full of ingredients - prawn, pork, black fungus. The soup was also full of umami-ness. Superb! The waiting time during lunch at 1.15pm was about 20 mins.

Always see a decent long queue at this store and decided to try today. Order Shrimp Wanton Noodle ($4) with additional Soya Sauce Chicken Drumstick ($4). For me the winner is the shrimp wanton which is pack with fresh ingredients and favour, followed by their signature soya sauce chicken which was very tender and juicy. The noodles were springy but the dark sauce were slightly sweeter than I would have preferred. Char Siew was too thick for me but does have the old school favour. Overall it is pretty good which explains the queue. Prepare to wait for roughly 20mins during lunch time.

Great chicken rice or noodles store if you like soy sauce chicken. I had tried both the rice and noodle from this store. Those who placed great importance in chili sauce will not be disappointed with their chili sauce. Due to the Malaysia live chicken import, the use of frozen chicken is inevitable. However, this store skill in cooking soy sauce is very skilled as I can't tell if the chicken is frozen. They also use better quality frozen chicken as we can see from the bones unlike those from KFC.

Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle Rice ?Beauty World Food Centre #04-48 Well known for its cantonese style soya sauce chicken, you will expect constant queue from loyal followers especially on weekends. Must order item is definitely their Signature Soya sauce chicken noodle. Soya sauce chicken was tender and flavourful with hints of rose wine. Noodles had no alkaline taste and springy. Chilli was also power and packed with punch. Definitely can eat!

Have been going to them for my wanton noodles fix. Their wantons are made using a fat shrimp. The broth was flavourful. At $4, it is great value for money. Love the 2 ladies at the stall. May not be fast but they definitely take a lot of pride in their work. Tried their dumplings too. More shrimps in those big dumplings. Love it.
