★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I waited in vain for 8 months for replacement. I had to complain to MOM before Ritz gave a receipt. Ritz NEVER GAVE REFUND even though MP appealed to Ritz. I have MP email as proof to anyone who wants to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This employment agency is the worst I have encountered in my life. The agent keeps lying and delaying the process. To make things worse she doesn't respond to your messages or calls. I had to keep chasing. The process is unending. The quality of service is so horrible that it makes me doubt they running a legal business here. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. To the employers out there, please be careful and stay away! I’ve dealt with many agencies and by far this is not even qualify at the lowest standard. I can’t even describe with words. There are many agency that are much better. It’s really not worth your time to deal with them and will only cause you stress.
