If you are looking for a honest and dedicated agency, look no further, Jude and his team is the best agency we have engaged! With his help, we managed to get our former helper back from Indonesia despite the tightening border controls due to covid-19. What we first thought was impossible has been accomplished! Jude has been patiently guiding us, providing valuable advice and assurance throughout the entire process. While other agency charges extobident prices, mostly resulting in the helpers incurring massive loans even before starting, Jude pricing does not pass on such burden to the helpers. Perhaps this is something the industry should look up to. Last but not least, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to Jude and his team for the great work done!

As a first time employer of a helper/caregiver I was extremely apprehensive about the whole process of selecting an agency and choosing a suitable employee, one hears so many horror stories. This agency, helpers.sg, was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say what an excellent recommendation it was! From the very first phone call with Jude explaining my particular situation and requirements it was clear that I was talking to a consummate professional. Explanation of the process and requirements was clear and precise, assistance with documentation, advice around insurance packages, and expectation management were exemplary. My email and WhatsApp enquiries during the process were responded to promptly and efficiently, and where necessary additional information and advice were proactively offered. And it was obvious that Jude and his colleague Karen work together very closely. In short, overall a very positive experience, and from talking to my new caregiver it would appear that helpers.sg interact with the helper/caregiver candidates in an equally professional and respectful manner, kudos! I can unreservedly recommend helpers.sg

Two years ago when I desperately needed a helper to take care of my young children, Jude and his team were INDISPENSABLE. Plus, their services are very reasonably priced, given how they deliver such premium services CONSISTENTLY. Within the past 2 years, I've sought Jude out for a range of administrative matters, and he and his team have always delivered. Can't recommend this agency more highly. Parting note - they're one of the more compassionate agencies in the market, and treat both employees and employers with a high level of respect and HUMANITY. My helper still talks about Jude with appreciation - how as her first contact with Singapore, he impressed upon her so favourably that there were good and decent people in the world. I couldn't agree more. :)

Hello people:) I had a negative and pretty scary experience with Jude from the agency. I posted a brutal but 100% honest review under my other Google handle, Winnie but I received a text from Jude that he’ll seek legal action against my “defamatory statement”. I can assure every reader here I’m a real customer that have paid a full fee for an unsatisfactory service from Helpers.sg and every word I said in my previous post is 100% true. I must highlight though, albeit true, it is my personal experience with them and it might not be the same for everyone. I hope my review will be helpful for potential customers so they’d be more aware of the complications that might arise with your dealing with them. I also hope Jude and the team will do better for their next customers and performs tighter background checks on helpers. I contemplated for awhile if I should remove my post to avoid any hassle and I’ve decided to keep the review for the public to know my experience first hand. My apologies for the LONG but very honest review for this agency. Please Read before you commit. Unlike positive reviews from the earlier years, my experience with Helpers.sg is extremely disappointing. Jude and Karen recommended me a helper in Nov 2021; despite her mismatch in experience vs my requirements (experience with babies), I made the decision to employ her. Prior to signing, I discovered she was "engaged" on her Facebook profile so I requested Jude/Karen to double confirm on this for me and they came back letting me know my helper plans to work for a minimum 4 years before getting married. Fast forward to Feb 2022, my helper informed me she and the fiance will be getting married and is in the midst of applying for MOM permission for marriage hence I called Jude and ask if I can have a replacement helper. Of course, there's no follow up from him, I then told him I'm happy to find my own replacement but I'd appreciate if they can process the paperwork for me once I found a suitable replacement. He promised he'd do it for me for free. My helper is pretty flexible and willing to work until I find someone. It's June 2022 now and I finally found my own replacement helper via Facebook groups and I've also managed to get transfer consent; I reached out to Jude for his assistance with the work permit application to no avail. I was told I will need to pay the full fee once again. I'm very upset for 2 major reasons. 1) Quality/Background of Helpers - honestly, as the company does not run proper reference checks, anyone recommended by them are as good as someone you get from a Facebook post (I was told my helper had years of experience with babies but truth is she has only taken care of her sister's baby in Indonesia for 2 weeks). Her employment history on MOM database is also significantly different from the "Profile" they submitted. I'm not complaining but she's not exactly 'cheap' - I employed her at SGD800 monthly, with 6 days off a month, for a premium that doesn't exist. 2) After sale service - I've already highlighted the part where my MDW was engaged "on Facebook" in Nov 2022 and called them up again in Feb 2022 about her ROM intention but I don't think the agency cares to do anything about it - they simply brush it off and promised that they will help me process the next helper for free. When the time comes, they conveniently forgot about it and tells me that the guarantee period is over. Dear potential employers, mark my words, it is definitely not worth your money committing to an agency that conveniently pass you profiles of available helpers on the internet. Quick tip: you can simply post on a number of Maids in Singapore facebook post and apply for your work permit on MOM website for free. It literally took me 20mins tops. The premium you're paying for is 100% not worth it especially when they do not do proper background checks on their helpers.
