This review comes late, but its better late than never. :) Would like to compliment the service recovery of Recruitbee. Employed an Indonesian helper, Rinah Ratnasari back in October 2020 but unfortunately, she was unable to take care of my 4 months old baby back then. Was impatient and jerked my baby's head when she was crying badly. Gave the helper a warning and she resigned the next day. Was shocked that the left 22 underwear unwashed before leaving. Spoke to Ani from Toa Payoh and she gave a listening ear. She seemed to empathize with the whole event as we showed her the CCTV video on what was done to my baby. Ani was proactive in helping us in our search for a new helper as she understood the urgency of the matter. We got our new helper in January 2021 and till now, she gave us no issues and have been taking care of both my baby and toddler well. Appreciate the prompt service recovery rendered from Recruitbee and its staff! I do hope that such service recovery would continue as sometimes employers may not be so lucky in their choice of helpers the first round. Thank you Recruitbee and Ani. :)

I was referred to this agency by my cousin. Ms Nadya assisted me to all the domestic helperd profiles and accommodated to my request accordingly. Unfortunately I couldn't commit to the helper, and withdrew my application. Ms Nadya and team agreed to my request after hearing my issues and fully refunded my deposit. I have never came across any agency who are so truthful. Thank you hope to get back to you soon. God bless you

Before confirmation of service, staff has been very enthusiastic to close the deal. After payment has been made, they seem to be too busy to handle your problem with helper. Agency claimed that their helpers received training at their training centre, however the helper they recommended can't handle housework such as washing the toilet, iron clothes. Everything has to be taught by us. The agency also has the tendency to push the problem to the agents in Myanmar and asked the people there to talk to the helper in the language that we don't understand and we don't even know what was communicated in the long conversation. When you give feedback about the helper to the agency, they responded by telling you that so far no one feedbacked about the girls from their training centre and only I did. I would have given zero star for this agency if there is such an option, definitely not even worth a star!

Funk up service always late reply and don’t call helper themselves use overseas agent to call , need help no answer the call . Maid urgent need to go hospital No one help . Will never go to this agency Again . Irresponsible, u need to settle yr problem all by yourself . Talk to the helper also need to do yourself, pls don’t use this agent . As good as no agent

This review is long overdue however when credit is due, it's better late than never. I was a newbie in engaging a helper and desperate to get one. After contacting a few agencies, Recruitbee had the fastest finger to respond. Nadya was my Consultant. Her actions was praiseworthy. She listened and understand my needs. She sent me resumes of potential helper and guided me throughout the hiring process. The transfer for the helper was seamless. My helper is also the caregiver of my mother-in-law. I am very glad that she was experienced in looking after seniors who require daily needs support. I have no complaints thus far with my helper and she is always careful in carrying out her duties. I am especially pleased with the service provided by Recruitbee Employment staff esp to Nadya. Thank you so much for the splendid job!

We hired our first transferred Myanmar helper with the recommendation of Agent R. Her testimonial of the helper was that she has good experience with kids and only decided to leave her ex-employer as she finds herself overworking. Which the way agent R described convinced us that she was a very capable helper. We went ahead with Agent R's recommendation and utterly regretted it. Not only she was lazy, she was rude and careless. The months that she was here she broke many of our items, from cups to ornaments around the house. Dinging the walls and etc. You can also be sure that she is always on her phone playing games, texting or watching video with work done poorly or NOT-DONE. When we confront her, she will be angry and held her fist. Agent R who recommended her then recommend us to send her back or transfer her out after seeing the photos of what she has done or not done to our house, but we have to bond the cost of both the transfer/send home. After sending the 1st helper back, we once again went ahead to hire our 2nd Indonesian helper with Recruitbee. This time it was worst. We were provided by not only INACCURATE and DISHONEST bio-data as mentioned by Recruitbee which they claimed they were also a victim. The interview with the helper was also assisted by an interpreter behind the camera to help them pass the interview. When 2nd helper's came, her english literacy skill was at best comparable to a 2-3 year old. She could barely understand what is top or bottom. When we asked her to water the plants, she went to water the carpet instead. That was when we realised that the interview that we were supposed to test her communication skills was faked. Recruitbee continues to victimised themselves about the dishonest recruitment agency in Indonesia. Not only that, the weight of the helper was almost DOUBLE the declared weight on her bio-data. However, agent R called us to apologies and offered to find us another helper. We thought that was a reasonably service recovery, so we went ahead to browse through more bio-data and interviews to finally settle with another helper. We signed the papers and days later, suddenly we were thrown at another amount of fees "$1,900-2,100" after paying $5,000+ for the 2nd helper and $3,000+ for the 1st helper. You thought that the service recovery to find us another helper was free too right? But nope, agent R has consistently only mentioned about fees at the very last moment, which I find personally lacks morale value. The way Recruitbee allows their staff to conduct themselves is very unprofessional. They seem to like to pull a quick one to milk money out of their customer with dishonest information. After all, once you take the helper. No matter what you're bonded with more cost. You will NEVER find a suitable helper with them, because the information they provide will be dishonest and you will be thrown with payment after payment. Lastly, the balance of the Insurance Premium for the helper was also never mentioned or ever refunded. The 1st helper which worked about 6 months had 24 months of insurance premium paid. Any other agency would have promptly refunded the money, but not for Recruitbee. Keeping silence once again.

I was recommended by a friend to approach Recruitbee to get a helper to care for my mother. Knowing nothing about hiring a helper, I was so relieved and pleased with Renie’s attentive and patience service rendered to me. She explained in details and assisted promptly in every process, this helps a lot especially when I had to work and manage the home at the same time. Currently this helper has been with us for 2 weeks plus and so far all is good, she was pleasant, well-manned and most importantly, willing to learn. I was also surprised that she arrived with already some knowledge about caring for elderly, she really respected my mother very much. Heartfelt thanks to Renie! I will definitely spread the good word.
