★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase is a good experience, but calling the customer service needs some improvement. When I purchased my bed two years ago, I called to change the delivery date to a later one and was told that they needed to check and confirm with the delivery team before confirming with me. The confirmation somehow got lost and it had to be escalated to Emily, she followed up and provided prompt feedback. ?
Two years later in 2019, I had to call the customer service hotline again. Was informed that they have to check with the factory and get back to me on Monday. Come Monday, and there was no call so when I called, I was then told that I would be updated within the next 2 days; nothing happened. So the issue had to be escalated to Emily again.
Response was prompt and a resolution was quickly reached. Thanks Emily and Joann. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a queen size mattress + bedframe from them a few years ago and recently tenant damaged the wooden top piece. Called Ritzhouzz and was serviced by Melissa who promptly liaised with her factory to get a replacement piece with 2-3 days at a reasonable price. Thumbs up to Melissa for providing excellent customer service & going the extra mile.
