★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice project near Mrt. Love the facilities. Nice pool for adults and nice pool for kids. Just both pools are far away from each other not that cohesive for young kids. But good enough for school going kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice EC but very ulu (remote). Went for a BBQ and noticed the nice facilities for residents. Tennis court, pool, playground, BBQ pits, etc. Across the road is a park with Domino's pizza and KFC. Security guard couldn't give clear instructions on getting to the pit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, quite , windy, very close to nature. River walk is just few hundred meter away and Coney Island is also very close so you can plan weekend to walk inside if you live Mother Nature and fill your lungs with oxygen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. Nice pool for kids and lap pool for adults. Glad for outdoor activities with Coney Island within walking distance and not to forget some nice eateries nearby at Tabin Lane.
