I went into the shop thinking that there was something wrong with my watch, but turns out, there was nothing wrong. The staff helped me to wind my watch and even patiently taught me how to wind my watch in future FOC. Really hospitable and great service.

Darren is really accommodating and patient. Most importantly, very honest. Thanks for the great service and advice today. Will definitely be back in future.

Made my way to this retailer earlier today in the hopes of purchasing a classic 1957 Hamilton Elvis edition watch with a unique dial. Watch enthusiasts will know exactly what model I speak of. As I entered the store I immediately asked the first person minding the store that I would like to see your Hamilton Ventura collection to which I believe the guy there Dino had zero knowledge of the item even though I speak English extremely well as you can tell from the way I write that this guy didn’t know his work. I had to repeat myself 5 times before his colleague a mile away from him said, “he’s asking you about the Ventura”! Dino proceeded to say oh no we don’t have that collection and we only nave 1 Hamilton watch available and didn’t bother to even show me the Hamilton collection available on display. Very disappointing given that they pride themselves as being one of the best Hamilton retailers in the country. Whilst I understand the model is not very popular the very least he could have done was ask if I’d like it ordered. Needless to say I will not be making any purchase from this lousy watch store. They talk a big game, I read the reviews but everything was an epic fail right ftom there knowledge to their attitude. Utterly useless.

Bought a few watches from Darren. Very proactive and responsive. When he was on holiday recently, he even took the effort to update us on the status of the watch we ordered. Will definitely go back again for more.

Excellent service when I approach a female staff for watches. She show me around types of watches and their brand names. I think her name is Chloe,she have the patience to explain every watches she introduced to me.That is sale person character in her showmanship. I learn what is power reserve from selecting automatic watches. I think all customer need to know the bits per second and and it accuracy.She is outstanding!!!
