★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I ordered 2 plain hamburgers at 1:39pm and only got them at 2:03pm. Not a single restaurant I've been to has had this long of a wait time, let alone a "fast food" place. The irony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuggets tasted burnt and double fried, so when I went to the counter and told the auntie abt it, without looking at the nuggets, she said “it’s lidat one, we have a timer for this”, told auntie this is not my first time eating mos burger nuggets and I can assure her this is not how it is supposed to taste and then another auntie offered a replacement, and look at the second picture. That is how the nuggets suppose to look instead of dark and burnt.
There were no apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that service here is relatively quick. I came by on a weekday at about 1 in the afternoon. There were not many people dining in, but quite a few people ordering take out. I made an order for two burgers, 1 salad and 1 soup. The order was ready for collection within 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here at this branch. Very cosy at one corner of the mall. Quite quiet and good place to chill. Very surprised to see almost all the staff is senior citizen. Though they are slightly slower but they took pride in their job. They are very friendly and helpful. Love their positive attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch at the restaurant With my wife. Had the yakiniku Rice burger. The beef was tasty but the right burger was a bit dry. Very busy on a weekday lunch hour. Though the mos burger in Japan is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service ever. 40 mins waiting after placing order during non peak hours. Is the crew sleeping?
Update: visited this place again and waiting time is 30 mins. This place is an abomination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very understaffed hence quality service cannot be provided. Visited a couple times and always only 2 staff working. 1 in the kitchen, 1 at the counter.
Even with self help kiosk, peak hours usually quite busy and tables are not cleaned ( eg: water spillage / sauces on tables ) even when customers clear their own trays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Daisai burger , fully aware there isn’t any alcohol but overall not impressed .
Burger had crab sauce on top of the fried seafood, the asparagus was tough . Overall , rice burger was maybe slightly above average but I am not blown away.
