Best Delivery Restaurant in Singapore

D	Darrell Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review given based solely on their service, ordered from them through Deliveroo. Called the restaurant to check on order 30mins past the estimated delivery, restaurant provided a contact from Lalamove, contact then showed me a screenshot of the delivery being cancelled with no updates from both Deliveroo and restaurant. Chatted with Deliveroo agent and they confirmed food will still be delivered. Close to 1.5 hours later, delivery status changed to delivered with no food in sight. Contacted Deliveroo agent again, agent confirmed that I can reorder from another place and I will be getting full refund. Ordered from Foodpanda, 10-15mins later, order from RostiBoy arrived. (Total time 1.5 hours after estimated delivery time). No refund was provided, and wasted money ordering from second place. Do not commit to delivery if you cannot deliver.

You'd better go to resturant for dine in, or consider others if you want to make a delivery order. This resturant is far below than current standard when it comes to delivery.

As you can see on the receipt, it was supposed to be delivered by 6.50pm. By 7.30pm, I tried calling the restaurant to check on my order. I kept calling until 8pm but their phone was engaged throughout. I gave up and decided to cancel my order. I contacted deliveroo and they said they couldn’t reach the restaurant as well and can only get back to me in the next 72 hrs. I went and got McDonald’s. Halfway through my meal, there was a knock on my door and it was the delivery from Rostiboy. The time was alr 8.40pm. 1hr and 50mins late with no updates at all during this 1h50mins from the restaurant. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I hope you guys can review your delivery system. Please don’t commit to delivery if you can’t deliver.

Edit: WOWWW so defensive! I support businesses I love with my wallet and warn others about businesses like yours with my account ;) also please see how many 1-star reviews you have! Mine is far from the only one. Maybe if you spent less time being snarky on Google reviews and more time on checking that all your ingredients are correct you wouldn’t have so many lousy reviews!! Good luck you’d need it!
J	Jane Gan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is all we got for a $19 dish… there wasn’t much rosti to start with, many parts burnt and it came all disintegrated. What kind of rosti is this for a restaurant that calls itself Rosti Boy? Sunny side up also overfried. Super disappointing.
