L	Letitia Lew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars – Healthy Subway but with pitas instead of sandwich bread: Not authentic Mediterranean food, but at least they'll most likely deliver to your house. I ordered this because I was craving Mediterranean food, and ended up getting a decent healthy meal. Not sure how to rate this – if I'm craving a healthy meal I'm more likely to order from somewhere like Shake Farm / Genius Central / WellSmoocht / Real Food. But I suppose if I'm ever craving Pita Hero's potato chips again I might give them another shot. ---- Hand-cooked Potato Chips: 4.5 stars Hummus Hero: 3.25 stars Think iceberg lettuce and the black olives you get from Subway. Wholemeal pita is healthy and good for me but a bit soggy and doesn't taste quite as nice as I want it to. Hawaii: 3.25 stars Very experimental but surprisingly not bad vege option – tomato salsa, mango chunks, edamame, and we got it with garlic mushrooms. Baked Beans: 3.25 stars These look like fava beans, so probably healthier & less processed than regular baked beans, but also not quite as more-ish.

My order did not arrive after more than 2 hours and even after getting updated from their staff that my order is along my street, it still did not arrive. Chat went cold as well. A reply would have been appreciated.

Love the Hummus Hero - a good balance between protein, veggies and carbs without being too oily - which means I can still be very productive at work afterwards. Not sure why the other reviews aren’t very good - maybe depends on the ordering platform!
T	Tommy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing heroic about this establishment when a hungry customer had to wait close to an hour for his food delivery on a fair-weathered day (which is arranged by themselves btw). Called to ask about the delivery but couldn’t get through the second time and thereafter because the phone line was unplugged after my first call. Not a good sign if one’s unsatisfied even before the food has hit the palate. Food was cold and soggy too by the time it reached as it wasn’t properly stored in a thermal bag. Disappointing experience overall. Need to reevaluate name of establishment so as not to misrepresent.

Not sure if their plan is to just take your money and hope for the best? Seems like this is a common theme with this restaurant. Tried to call 10+ times and no answer.
