We spent our 1st and 2nd Anniversary in lockdown at home in Melbourne with restrictions not being able to drive more than 5kms from home plus all the restaurants were closed only taking orders for takeaway or delivery. So, we couldn’t dine anywhere, therefore we went all out on the Royal Albatross and believe me it didn’t disappoint. The whole experience was amazing, the customer service outstanding and the scenery breathtaking. Many thanks to all the crew and staff for a memorable time.

Staff were polite and very service oriented. The sea bass was beyond my expectation as the texture was firm and not fishy tasting. Oysters were fresh and a must order if you enjoy them. A nice treat to give your special someone should you want to enjoy a nice night out. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent and the staff were fantastic. Plenty of time to get photos with that special someone, the staff are very accommodating.

They didn’t rush us into anything. Also, please try their Oysters. Yum! ? Definitely would like to recommend it to people who’d like to experience some special moments. Go ahead and book it! It’s beautiful and serene!

Word of advice they start early boarding at 3:30 for the 5 pm dinner cruise. Staff was professional, on point, and lovely and all with smiles and great attitude. Food was lovely. Sea bass main was soft and delicious and I usually hate sea bass. Are every piece! Drinks are also delicious and come fast. Staff is so attentive- one in our party doesn’t care for tomatoes so didn’t eat the tomato soup and immediately there was a concern of if everything was okay with the soup, etc. they are really interested in taking care of you while you are with them. The boat itself is beautiful, clean and much more spacious than expected. Definitely worth the price for a nice fancy/casual night out!
