Scallops not soft, think overcooked or not fresh. Environment don't have cny feeling, compare to last year rws cny dining. Normal ambiance. Food wise average compare to others restaurant, but hugh portions.

Booked a table of 5 on 28 Mar 2022 and was impressed with the ambience, service and the quality of food. As seen in the photo, the roast pork is a MUST-TRY. The other dishes were equally impressive and my family enjoyed themselves a lot. Do make sure you have your credit/debit cards with you as the restaurant is cashless payment. You will not be disappointed.

Had dinner here with my family on 19 March 2022. Overall the experience was great and food quality was mostly within expectations. The honey glazed pork was sadly a bit of a disappointment. Texture was too soft and it tasted somehow bland while lacking aroma. Really didn't expect the quality of it to be so far below average :x On the plus side, the fried cod fish was the best I have tried and the one in the photo was actually the third slice that we ordered after finishing all the other food! We asked one of the waitresses (Yvonne) if we could swap the pork for the cod fish and she kindly agreed :) Thank goodness for that!! No photo of any other food because we were too hungry and finished everything really fast, with the exception of the honey glazed pork ? Would definitely visit again because the service was also good and the servers were friendly. A low 5-star rating because of the pork but still 5 stars nonetheless ? Oh and they provide complementary parking coupon too!

Our visit today for the CNY Menu was horrible and terrible. Chef needs to monitor the expedition more. We had the Golden Prosperity Set menu, for the price we paid it wasn't worth the price. The yusheng was the only thing that had taste as it was covered by the yuzu sauce. Then afterwards we had the Fish maw soup with papaya and sea whelk. Soup was ok, but the sea whelk tasted not fresh and was not well seasoned. Some parts of the soup were sweet whilst others was bland. Third course we had the braised abalone and sea cucumber. Basically this was poached abalone and sea cucumber in oyster sauce. For a fine dining and perfect restaurant, plating WAS NOT UP TO STANDARDS. Attached picture. Plating was sloppy and not hotel standards. Fourth course is steamed chicken fillet in traditional style. Again with the plating, sloppy and not hotel standards. This one looks like it was splattered on the plate with no care. Definitely looks like kind of food i can buy at a hawker center with better looking plate. Food had taste, wasnt bland but it was from the SOY SAUCE. my partner's plate had soup , whilst mine didn't. No consistency on the food. Fifth course being the wok fried glutinous rice with golden oyster and chinese sausage. Basically again with the plating. These chefs need TO GO TO SCHOOL AGAIN. The golden oyster had terrible taste. COMPLETELY NOT FRESH. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away as it had unfresh taste and unlike glutinous rice. So far it is the worst looking, worst plating and worst taste dish wise. The fishy taste wont go away from my mouth. Last course is dessert. The nian gao had taste, finally something with taste, but when i got to the sea birds nest, was plained and not seasoned, wasn't at all sweet not salty. The tangyuan was again plain and very slimey, was a weird taste. Almost thought this was a break from all the bad food, but still not. Ratings: Food: 1/10 Ambience: 3/10 Service: 2/10

We iked the cod fish and roast pork the best! Staff were friendly and it is a peaceful restaurant to dine in, not noisy and cluttered. Located on ground floor of Equarius hotel and so, it is really convenient.

Ordered their lunch prestige set. The quality of the food is below average. Appetizer Salad with scallop, the scallop was sliced in half and overcooked. Dim sum is average, had better dim sum at other restaurants. Beancurd soup tastes comforting because is hot but other than that it is just normal, nothing to shout about. The sea perch fillet is the better dish of the rest. Glutinous rice is warm almost cold when serve so the rice is slightly tougher, crispy chicken tastes like those that chicken that u can get from Shilin or worst. Ordered extra food, black truffle mushroom dumpling, and crackling roast pork belly. Thought the truffle mushroom dumpling was wrapped in a transparent skin, but it is bao skin. The mushroom filling is dry with the skin of the bao, making it the worst combination ever. Crackling roast pork, not the most beautiful quality seen in a restaurant, at least the skin still has that crunch with the quality of roast pork. Service quality is subpar. Food standard is normal or below average, had better chinese restaurants.

Ordered the $88 per pax set. Portion is good. Food quality is there. Some staff needs a bit more of training in terms of providing better service. I have to pour my own tea throughout.

It gives me great discomfort to say that the dimsum buffet really hit rock bottom for me. At $48 per head the least one would expect is that it should be comparable to restaurant quality. The 蛋仔 was served burnt, rock hard and bitter. The asparagus skin was not removed, giving customers much needed fibre from our usual meaty diet. The kitchen was an open concept, and quite frankly the whole place smelled bad and reeked of old oil.
